Product Description
The ExcelSteel Stainless Steel Food Mill is a versatile kitchen tool that allows you to easily grind and puree food. It is made of durable stainless steel and comes with three interchangeable grinding discs for fine, medium, and coarse textures. The food mill is dishwasher safe, making it convenient to clean after use.
Operating Instructions
Recommended Before First Use:
- Before using the ExcelSteel Stainless Steel Food Mill, wash the body, the knob, and the discs with warm soapy water.
- Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly.
- The stainless steel food mill is now ready to use.
Normal Operations:
- Insert a disc with the dome side up into the body of the mill.
- Align the edges of the disc with the indentation in the mill.
- Insert the post into the hole in the disc.
- Press the bar down and position the slot opening under either hook.
- Press the bar down onto the opposite hook to lock it into place.
- Place the food mill on top of a bowl or pot, ensuring that the assist handle is nicely seated on top to prevent the mill from moving during the milling process.
- Turn the knob in a clockwise motion to push the food through the mill.
- If the food stops sieving, frequently reverse the direction to help reposition the food.
- To change discs or disassemble the mill, take extra precautions and release one side of the notch at a time. Insert the new disc and begin at step 2.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- To clean the food mill, rinse the body and disc separately under warm soapy water.
- Rinse clean water through the body and disc’s holes to ensure no food is left behind.
- Dry thoroughly after cleaning.
- The food mill is dishwasher-safe. Place it and the disc in the dishwasher using a gentle dish setting. Once the dishwasher has finished, dry thoroughly to prevent rusting.
- If any of the pieces are broken, do not use the food mill. Replace any broken pieces immediately.

This product carries a limited one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal household
use. Damages caused by commercial/institutional use, accidental or intentional
misuse, or attempted repairs made by unauthorized persons are not covered by
this warranty.
If found defective within the warranty period, COOK PRO INC. will repair or
replace the part without charge. Prior authorization is needed for returns,
and handling and transportation costs for returning the product are not
covered by this warranty and will be paid for by the purchaser.
