General Warnings

• The product must be installed and used under the supervision of an adult.
• Read through each step carefully and follow the proper order.
• Remove all packaging, separate and count all parts and hardware.
• Please ensure that all parts are correctly installed, incorrect installation can lead to a danger.
• We recommend that, where possible, all items are assembled near to the area in which they will be placed in use, to avoid moving the product unnecessarily once assembled.
• Ensure a secure surface during construction, und place the product always on a flat, steady and stable surface.
• Please use the product carefully, as the product requires great skill, avoid accidents by the user or others, by fall or collision.
• Please wear suitable protective equipment during use, e.g. protective helmet, gloves, knee pads, elbow pads etc.

8. Steering wheel cover

Assembly Instructions

1. Attach the steering support to the frame of the go-kart. Fix with M5*45mm bolts and ensure to use washers where appropriate.
2. Fix the seat to the frame of the go-kart using M5*40mm bolts, ensure to use washers again where appropriate.
3. Insert the steering shaft through the turning pole Place the front panel over the steering shaft.
4. Please pull this part when you are inserting the steering shaft through the turning pole.
5. Put the black plastic washers on the top of the front panel
6. Put the steering wheel in place and insert the steering shaft through it and fix with 2 square washers and M8 nut.
7. Fix the license plate on the front of the go-kart with 2 x bolt M5*50mm and washers.
8. Place the steering wheel cover in the centre of the steering wheel.
9. Ensure all nuts and bolts are securely tightened before use, and the tyres are appropriately inflated.

WARNINGS

• Not suitable for children under 3 years of age
• Maximum capacity of 30kgs
• Adult supervision is required at all times
• Children should be instructed on how to apply brakes before use
• This product should not be operated on public roads, highways or bicycle paths
• Read the ‘Safe operation’ section before use
• Always inspect and maintain the product before use

SAFE OPERATION

• This product must be assembled by an adult and checked by an adult before use
• Ensure nuts and bolts remain securely fastened before use
• Lubricate the chain often
• Ensure the tyres are pumped up before use – use a hand pump only (maximum 30PSI)
• Perform a brake test before use
• Do not store in direct sunlight
