Product Information
Thank you for purchasing our power inverter. This User’s Guide is prepared to apply to all models. Please carefully read this Guide before installing/connecting the power inverter to your appliance.
Installation Steps
- Make sure the ON/OFF switch is on the OFF position.
- Plug the inverter DC plug into a cigarette lighter in a vehicle.
- Turn the ON/OFF switch on. The Green light indicates AC power is available at the AC outlet sockets.
- Turn the ON/OFF switch off, plug your AC appliance into the AC sockets and switch it on.
Placement Guidelines
Please place the inverter on a flat surface for operation. The location should be:
- Dry: not exposed to water drips or sprays.
- Cool: the inverter performs the best when the environmental temperature is between 32F (0 ) and 104F (40).
- Well-ventilated: please allow at least 2 inches (5cm) space on the top and sides of the inverter to ensure heat dissipation & proper cooling.
Warning!
Caution Incorrect installation or misuse of the power inverter may result
in hazardous consequences. We urge you to pay specific attention to all
Caution and Warning statements.
FAQ
Q: What should I do if the inverter is not working?
A: First, check if the battery is faulty and replace it if necessary.
Second, ensure that the power cord is correctly connected. Third, tighten any
loose wires. Finally, make sure the ON/OFF switch is in the ON position.
Q: Why is the red light illuminating on the inverter?
A: The red light indicates that there may be a short circuit inside the
inverter. Check the input wiring for any short circuits. Additionally, the
input voltage may be too high or too low, triggering under-voltage or over-
voltage protection. Make sure the input voltage is within the normal range and
matched with the DC voltage of the device. Also, check if there is enough
ventilation for the inverter.
Q: What should I do if the inverter does not supply any power despite the
green light and cooling fan being on?
A: If this occurs, the inverter may be defective. Please request a
replacement if necessary.
Q: Why is the cooling fan not working?
A: The cooling fan is designed to work when the inverter temperature
reaches 113F (45) and under 158F (70). If the temperature exceeds 158F (70)
and the cooling fan is not working, the inverter has likely broken down due to
high temperature or other overload issues.

Power Inverter Basics
The power inverter is capable of continuously supplying 110V AC power to 300W
– 400W appliances. The AC
the output waveform is similar to the sine waveshape of utility power.
The location should
be:
- Dry: not exposed to water drips or sprays.
- Cool: the inverter performs the best when the environmental temperature is between 32F (0 °C) and 104F (40°C).
- Well-ventilated: please allow at least 2 inches (5cm) space on the top and sides of the inverter to ensure heat dissipation & proper cooling.
Warning! Caution
Incorrect installation or misuse of the power inverter may result in hazardous
consequences. We urge you to pay specific attention to all Caution and Warning
statements.
Warning! Shock hazard. Keep away from children.
- The power inverter generates the same lethal AC power as a normal household wall outlet. Treat it with the same respect as you would with any AC outlet.
- Do not insert foreign objects into the AC sockets nor the vent opening.
- Do not expose the inverter to water, rain, snow, or spray.
- Do not under any circumstances connect the power inverter to the power utility AC distribution wiring.
- Failure to follow the above instructions may result in personal injuries or damages to the power inverter.
Troubleshooting
Common Faults and Solutions
Fault 1: Inverter not working, lights OFF
Troubleshooting:
- Battery fault. Check the storage battery, and change batteries if necessary.
- The power cord has been connected in reverse. Correct the connection accordingly.
- The wirings are not tight. Tighten the wires.
- The ON/OFF switch is OFF. Turn the switch to the ON position.
Fault 2: The inverter not working, red light illuminating.
Troubleshooting
- There’s a short circuit inside the inverter. The red light indicates the inverter might be in a state of overcurrent protection. Check if the input wiring of the device is short-circuited.
- The input voltage may be too high or too low, forcing the inverter into a state of under-voltage or over-voltage protection. Check if the input voltage is within the normal range. The device should be connected to a matching DC voltage.
- The inverter is under overhead protection. Check if there’s enough room for ventilation.
Fault 3: The green light and the cooling fan are on, but the inverter does not supply any power.
Troubleshooting
Check if the inverter is defective, and request a replacement if necessary.
Fault 4: The cooling fan not working
Troubleshooting: the cooling fan works when the inverter temperature reaches
113F (45℃), and under 158F (70℃). If the temperature gets higher than 158F
(70℃), and the cooling fan is not working, the inverter has likely broken down
due to high temperature or other overload issues.
