Button Operation
To operate the device, follow these steps:
- Long press the Power button to power on/off the device.
- Double-click the Power button to position and calibrate the label paper and heating line positions.
Loading Paper
Follow these steps to load paper into the printer:
- Hold the fuselage with one hand and turn the cover opening knob clockwise with the other hand to open the printer cover.
- Load the roll of paper in the direction shown, with the printed face down.
- Push both sides of the paper roll baffle inward (in the arrow direction) until the paper roll is clamped.
- Pull out a small piece of paper to ensure that there is a paper section after closing, on the outside of the machine.

Connection and Printing
To connect and print using the printer, follow these steps:
- Long press the Power button to turn on the device.
- Open the Bluetooth settings on your phone.
- Open the downloaded APP on your phone.
- Click on “Connect devices” in the APP.
- Select the printer with the name “New 1” from the list of available devices.
- In the APP, click on “New Tab” to create a new label.
- Edit the label content in the template and select “Print”.
Battery Charging
When the battery power is low, the red LED indicator will flash slowly. To charge the device, follow these steps:
- Charge via PC:
- Connect the provided USB cable to the device and your computer’s USB port.
- Charge via AC Adapter:
- Connect the provided USB cable to the device and an AC adapter (not supplied).
Note: It is recommended to charge the device using the provided USB cable to avoid automatic power off during printing.

Can I charge the printer using any AC adapter?
No, the AC adapter is not supplied with the printer. Please use a compatible AC adapter to charge the device.
What should I do if there is a paper jam?
If there is a paper jam, first turn off the device and then carefully remove the jammed paper. Ensure that no torn pieces of paper are left inside before closing the printer cover.
How can I calibrate the label paper and heating line positions?
To calibrate the label paper and heating line positions, double-click the Power button. Follow the instructions on the APP to complete the calibration process.
