WARNING: This manual contains a list of the parts required for the safe operation of the appliance and instructions for their correct use, assembly and for the assembly of built-in parts and accessories supplied with the appliance, and the correct procedures for gas leak testing.

WARNING: This manual includes an instruction to clean and inspect the hose before each use of the appliance. If there is evidence of abrasion, wear, cuts, or leaks, the hose must be replaced prior to the appliance being put into operation. The replacement hose assembly shall be that specified by the manufacturer.

What You Will Get
Before Use
- Inspect the gas supply hose prior to turning on the gas. If there s evidence of cut, wear or abrasion, t must be replaced prior to use.
- Screw the regulator onto the gas cylinder. Leak check the hose and regulator connections with a soap and water solution before lighting the appliance.
- Only the pressure regulator and gas hose assembly supplied with this appliance should be used.
Liquid Propane Gas Cylinder Warning
- Do not store spare liquid propane gas cylinder under or near this appliance.
- Never fill the cylinder beyond 80% capacity.
- Liquid propane cylinder must be fitted with an OVERFILL PROTECTION DEVICE (OPD).
- If the information above is not followed exactly, a fire resulting n death or serious injury may occur.
- This manual states that the installation must conform with local codes or, in the absence of local codes, with the National Fuel Gas Code, ANSI Z223.1/NFPA 54, Storage and Handling of Liquefied Petroleum Gases, ANSI/NFPA 58; or Natural Gas and Propane Installation Code, CSA 8149.1; Propane Storage and Handling, CSA 8149.2.
Safety Practices to Avoid Injury
When properly cared for, your oven will provide safe, reliable service for
many years.
However, extreme care must be used as the oven produces intense heat that can
increase the risk of accidents.
When using this oven basic practices must be followed, including but not limited to following:
- Do not repair or replace any part of the oven unless specifically recommended in this manual. All other service should be referred to a qualified technician.
- Children should not be left alone or unattended in an area where the oven s being used. Do not allow children to sit, stand or play around the oven at any time.
- Never let clothing or other flammables come in contact with or too close to any burner or hot surface until t has cooled. The fabric could ignite, causing serious personal injury.
- For personal safety, wear proper apparel. Loose fittings garments or sleeves should never be worn while using the oven. Some synthetic fabrics are highly flammable and should not be worn while cooking.
- Do not heat unopened food containers as a build-up of pressure may cause the containers to burst. When lighting the burner, always pay close attention to what you are doing.
- When using the oven, do not touch the outer shell, stone baking board or immediate surroundings as these areas become extremely hot and could cause burns.
- Do not use the oven to cook extremely fatty meats or other products which increase flare-up.
- Keep the area surroundings the oven free from combustible material including fluids, trash and vapors such as gasoline or charcoal lighter fluid.
- Do not obstruct the flow of combustion and ventilation air.
- Never use the oven in extremely windy conditions.
- The temperature under the oven s high. Do not place the oven on a table with flammable table cloths, plastic or any other inflammable materials.

Product Assembly
Before assembly, make sure all parts are present.If any part is missing or
damaged, do not
attempt to assemble the appliance. Contact customer service for replacement
parts.
1. Knob Installation
Before start to use your pizza oven, please install the knob.
- Please take the knob out from the package.
- Please insert the knob to the control system which is on the side of the pizza oven.

Please note that the hose has been assembled to the Pizza Oven.
5. Connecting To Gas Tank
WARNING
- Please always keep the gas bottle in upright position.
- The size for 20 Ibs LP gas cylinder is 12.2 inches in diameter and 17.9 inches tall.
- If the appliance is not in use, the gas must be turned off at the supply cylinder.
- The cylinder used must include a collar to protect the cylinder valve.
- The minimum distance for the appliance and the 20Ib gas tank is 1m apart.
NOTE: This gas fitting is clockwise. Make sure that the tank is completely switched off and screw the regulator as far as possible into the gas tank valve.
Connecting the Liquid Propane Gas Cylinder
- Turn the oven burner valve OFF and make sure the oven is cool.
- Turn the liquid propane cylinder valve OFF by turning clockwise until it stops.
- Detach the regulator assembly from the cylinder valve by turning the quick coupling nut counterclockwise.
- Place dust cap for cylinder valve outlet whenever the cylinder s not n use.
NOTE:
- To connect the liquid propane gas cylinder.
- The cylinder valve should be in OFF position.
- Make sure the burner valve is in OFF position.
- Inspect the valve connections, port and regulator assembly. Remove debris and inspect the hose for damage.
- When connecting the regulator assembly to the valve, use your hand to tighten the nut clockwise until it stops.
- Use of a wrench could damage the quick coupling nut and result n a hazardous situation Open the cylinder valve fully by turning the valve counterclockwise.
- Before lighting the oven, use a soap and water solution to check all connections for leaks.
- If a eak is found, turn the cylinder valve OFF, and do not use the oven until ocal liquid propane dealer can make repairs.
- The LP gas supply cylinder to be used must be constructed and marked in accordance with the specifications for LP gas cylinder, U.S.Department of Transportation(DOT) or the standard of cylinders, Spheres and tubes for the Transportation of Dangerous Goods, CAN/CSA-8339.
- The cylinder supply system must be arranged for vapor withdrawal.
Leak Testing
General
Although the gas connections of the appliance are leak tested prior packing
and shipment, a complete test must be performed at the installation site.
Before each use, check all the gas connections for leak testing using the
procedure listed below. If the smell of gas is detected at any time, you
should mmediately stop using and check the entire system for leaks.
Before Testing
Make sure all packing material has been removed from the appliance.
Make a solution of one part liquid detergent and one part water. You will need
a spray bottle, brush or rag to apply the solution to the fittings.
To Test
- Turn the burner valve OFF.
- Turn the liquid propane cylinder valve on counterclockwise to open the valve.
- Apply the soap solution to all gas fittings. Soap bubbles would appear where a eak is present.
- If a leak s present, immediately turn the gas supply OFF and tighten leaky fittings.
- Turn the gas back ON and recheck.
- Should the gas continue to leak from any of the fittings, turn the gas supply OFF and contact customer service.
Operating Instructions
Before Using The Oven
- Make Sure The Oven Has Been Leak Tested And Properly Placed.
- Remove Any Remaining Packing Material.
- Light The Burner Using The Lighting Instructions Below.
Lighting And Adjust The Fire Instruction
- Before Use Please Make Sure The Control Knob Is In “Off” Position. Then Push The Control Knob And Slowly Turn The Knob Anticlockwise To ” Hi-speed” Position For 5 Seconds Until You Hear A Click And The Burner Ignites( As Shown In Figure A Below).
- You Can Adjust The Fire From High To Low By Slowly Turn The Control Knob Clockwise (As Shown In Figure B Below).
- Please Turn The Control Knob To “ Hi-speed” Position, Then Push The Knob And Turn Clockwise To “Off” Position To Turn Off Your Pizza Oven(As Shown In Figure C Below).
To Light With A Match
- If the burner will not ignite after several attempts by using the control knob, the burner can also be lit with a match.
- If you have already attempted to ignite the burner by using the control knob, please wait a few minutes for any gas to dissipate.
- Insert a match into the matchstick holder, ignite the match and insert through the oven opening to the burner.
- Push and turn the control knob to “HI-SPEED” slowly, the burner should ignite immediately.
- If the burner does not light within a few seconds, turn the control knob OFF and wait for 5 minutes and try again.
Care And Maintenance
Store the Pizza oven indoors and out of direct sunlight when storing for an
extended periods of time. The pizza oven should not be exposed to harsh
weather conditions such as snow, heavy rain and strong winds.Wait for the
pizza oven to cool down completely
before moving.
Maintenance
- Keeping appliance area clear and free from combustible materials, gasoline, and other flammable vapors and liquids.
- Do not obstruct the flow of combustion and ventilation air.
- Keeping the ventilation opening of the cylinder enclosure free and clear from debris.
- Cleaning appliance, including special surfaces, with recommended cleaning agents,if necessary.
- Checking and cleaning burner tubes for insects and insect nests. A clogged tube can lead to a fire beneath the appliance.
Troubleshooting
PROBLEMS | SOLUTION |

Burner Doesn’t Light | 1. Check and see if your propane tank is empty. |
2. Turn the coupling nut about one half to three quarters additional.
Tighten by hand only, please do not use tools.
3. Clean the burner.
4. Move and reconnect the regulator.
5. Check steps in assembly instructions.
Low flame or gas flow dropped suddenly| 1. Check your propane tank.
2. Turn off gas control knob,wait for a few minutes and light oven again. If
the flame still low, turn off gas control knob and propane
tank valve. Disconnect and Reconnect regulator and do leak test.
Turn on propane tank valve, wait for 30s and then light the oven.
Flames blowout| 1. Move oven away from the wind.
2. Refill the propane tank.
Flare-up| 1. May grease build up, please clean oven.
2. May excessive fat n meat, please trim fats from meat before cooking.
3. May excessive temperature, please adjust temperature accordingly.
4. May excess flour on the cooking surface, please clean the remain flour
from cooking surface.
Flash back| 1. May burner or burner tubes are blocked, please turn gas
control knob off and clean burner or burner tubes.
2. May pressure drop during gnition,please turn off pizza oven, make sure the
tank vale s fully open.
Warranty
This device is covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer will repair or replace any part of this equipment that is defective in material or workmanship within one year from the date of original purchase, provided that the equipment is used under normal operating conditions as intended by the manufacturer.
Warranty Terms
During the first year, any part of this equipment that is defective due to
material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s
discretion, free of charge, to the original purchaser. The purchaser will be
responsible for any removal or shipping costs.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty will not apply if damage is caused by any of the following:
- Damaged when transporting or moving the device
- Improper power supply, such as low voltage, defective household wiring, or improper fuses
- Accidents, alterations, misuse or abuse of electrical appliances, such as the use of unapproved accessories, insufficient indoor air circulation, or abnormal operating conditions (extreme temperatures)
- Fire, flood, war, riot, hostilities or acts of God such as hurricanes, floods, etc.
- Damage caused by the use of force or external influence
- Partially or completely disassembled equipment that is excessively worn by the user
