Product Usage Instructions
Installation Guide:
- Remove the thermostatic element. Use a screwdriver to lift the locking ring free of the valve body.
- Use an M18 ring spanner to unscrew the insert.
- Use a Torx 45 key to unscrew the regulator.
- Insert the new regulator and tighten with a Torx 45 key.
- Mount the valve top and tighten with an M18 ring spanner.
- Use an M17 ring spanner to fix the valve top. Mount the gland seal and tighten with an M10 spanner.
Important Torque Specifications :
- Torx 45 : 2-3 Nm
- M18 : Tighten with an appropriate ring spanner
- M17 : Tighten with an appropriate ring spanner
- M10 : Tighten with a flat spanner

- Clean the valve body.
- GB Insert the new regulator and tighten with a Torx 45 key.
- Mount the valve top, tighten with a M18 ring spanner.
- Use a M17 ring spanner to ÿx the valve top. Mount the gland seal, tighten with an M10 spanner.
