METHODS OF USING PRODUCTS
USAGE METHOD
- before using the machine, make sure that the voltage marked on the machine is consistent with the voltage in your home.
- before use, please use warm water (caution can not use more than 40 degrees of water) to clean the parts outside the machine.
- before inserting the power, make sure the switch is in shutdown.

PRODUCT USAGE METHOD
- Installation step 1: pull out the power cord from the main engine Turn the main engine, remove the power plug from the bottom of the main engine and pull the power cord lightly. Figure 1, figure 2
- Installation step 2: assemble meat parts
- One hand holds the meat cone, the other hand screws the meat into the meat barrel (Fig. 7).
- Install the four-blade knife on the screw. The blade must be facing outward. Be careful not to pinch the blade so as to prevent hand injury (Fig. 2)
- Install knife cake. The knife cake position is aligned to the minced meat cylinder gap (Fig. 3)
- Tighten the lid of the meat cone. It is tightened clockwise and loosens the counterclockwise direction. Do not rotate too tightly. (Figure 4)
- Hold the main engine with one hand and the meat grinder with the other, tilt slightly to the nose and install it on the main engine (Fig. 5, Fig. 6)
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
DISASSEMBLE
- Be careful to turn off the switch first, then pull out the plug.
- Press the loosening button to the bottom as shown in the arrow in Figure 9, and rotate the meat grinder clockwise to release from the main engine.
- Unscrew the cap of the mince barrel. If the knife cake is too tight. you can use a screwdriver to pry it loose.
- Remove the parts from the meat cone, rinse it with water, and dry it at last.
- The outside of the fuselage can be wiped with a wet cloth. It is forbidden to immerse the main engine in water or wash it under the tap.
- The metal parts such as knife cake and four-leaf knife can be soaked in olive oil or other edible oils to avoid rusting.
- The power cord can be put into the fuselage and can be operated in reverse sequence according to the “installation steps”.
- Medium and small hole knife cake can also be placed in the knife cake box to store and restock.
CLEANING
- When you take out the four blade knife, notice the sharp blade and do not scratch your hand.
- Clean up the minced meat and then clean all the parts (except the main body) with normal temperature water (not more than 40 degrees).
- Please store this product in a cool and dry place where children can’t get it.
- For your health, please ensure that the product is clean and dry when receiving the product.
- Never put the mainframe in the dishwasher.
WARNING
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
This machine is only suitable for family use. It can not be used for
industrial or commercial purposes.
Do not plug in the power supply until the machine is assembled. Do not attempt
to remove any parts during operation.
Don’t put the machine in children or mentally handicapped people, easy to
touch the place you get.
When you move or take in a machine, please use your hands to stabilize the
machine. Do not only take part in the tray or the meats.
Please push the food with pusher bar, and do not use hand or other equipment
to push food.
The machine is only suitable for grinding fresh meat. It is forbidden to
process fresh meat with bones, skins, tendons or other nuts or hard objects.
Try not to strangle sugarcane, ginger, celery and other coarse fiber
ingredients.
- Machine continuous operation should not exceed 10 minutes, after using the machine, wait for complete cooling before proceeding again.
- The machine is prohibited from switching quickly from the gears between “forward-reverse”” or “reverse-forward” during operation. It must stop at the “off” position for more than 30 seconds. Otherwise, the machine will be easily damaged.
When the machine functions abnormally, please do neither use it again nor try to repair the machine or replace parts.
