1. Safety Instruction

Please make sure that the power voltage being used matches with
the supply voltage of the gate opener (AC 110V). Ensure that kids
do not touch the control devices or the remote-control unit. The
remote-control unit has a single button mode or three button mode.
Refer to the instructions of the remote control for the actual gate
opener type. The indicator light on the remote-control unit will
flicker when its button is pressed. The main engine and gate can be
unlocked with a disengagement wrench and manually operated after
disengagement.

1. INFORMACIÓN IMPORTANTE DE SEGURIDAD Asegúrese de que la fuente de alimentación (AC110V) del motor de puerta es compatible con la fuente de alimentación de la toma corriente que esté utilizando. No permita que los niños jueguen con los controles hijos. Mantenga los controles remotos alejados de los niños . El control remoto tienen un solo botón de control; esto significa que un botón controla el modo ON/STOP/OFF (Encendido/Pausa/Apagado), cuando se presiona el botón para cada modo, el indicador se ilumina. 4. Instalación mecánica
El motor de puerta es adecuado para puertas con un peso de 500 Kg (MC 5) y una anchura de 5m. Este motor de puerta funciona con un carril, el cual es accionad o por un engranaje. El motor de puerta debe ser instalado en el interior de la puerta (Fig1).

Asegúrese de que la puerta esté instalada debidamente y que se deslice suavemente antes de instalar el motor de puerta corrediza MC5. La puerta debe estar recta, nivelada y moverse libremente.

Conducto

Con el fin de proteger el cable, utilice un conducto o tubo PVC para cables de alimentación de bajo voltaje y cables d e control. El conducto debe estar anclado en el concreto cuando se vierte. Los cables dentro de los conductos deben ser ubicados y protegidos de tal manera que no pueda resultar ningún daño al contacto con partes ásperas o afiliadas.

Plataforma de concreto

La unidad de base del motor de puerta requiere una plataforma de concreto con el fin de mantener la estabilidad. La plataforma de concreto debe tener las siguiente dimensiones aproximadamente: 450mm x 300mm x 200mm de profundidad con el objetivo de proporcionar el peso y estructura adecuada para garantizar una instalación estable.

Anclajes (Ver Fig. 2)

Usted puede utilizar pernos de anclaje, anclajes, arandelas y tuercas. Estos anclajes deben ser puestos en el concreto cuando se vierta o usted puede utilizar anclajes de cuña para sujetar el motor.

Base del operador (Ver Fig. 3) Después de que el concreto haya endurecido, monte la base del motor de puerta a la plataforma de concreto. Compruebe que la base este nivelada correctamente. Utilizar los pernos, arandelas, montar el motor de puerta a la base e inserte la tapa. Revise el operador y asegúrese que esté alineado con la puerta.

Mueva la puerta manualmente y soldé las tres tuercas como en la primera cremallera, proceda hasta que la puerta esté totalmente cubierta.

· Cuando la guía esté debidamente instalado, asegúrese de que las cremalleras encajen correctamente con el engranaje. · El espacio entre la cremallera y el engranaje debe ser de 0.5 mm.

5. Ajuste Limite de interruptor de resorte · Para garantizar la seguridad, se recomienda instalar los interruptores de límite en ambos extremos de la puerta para evitar que la puerta se deslice fuera de las cremalleras. Las cremalleras deben ser instaladas horizontalmente. · Instalar el bloque de límite como se muestra en la Fig. 5 y la Fig. 6. El interruptor de límite mecánico y los bloques son usados para controlar la posición de la puerta. · Libere el engranaje con la llave y empuje le puerta corrediza manualmente para predeterminar la posición. Fije el bloque a la cremallera y bloquee el engranaje y empuje hacia arriba la barra de liberación. Mueva la puerta eléctricamente, ajuste el bloque a la posición correcta hasta que la posición de apertura y cierre sean como usted desea.

Operación manual En caso de una falla eléctrica utilice la llave para desbloquear la cerradura y empuje hacia abajo la barra de liberación a unos 90 grados para abrir y cerrar la puerta manualmente, utilice la llave de liberación de la siguiente forma: · Introduzca la llave suministrada en la cerradura. · Gire la llave y empuje hacia abajo la barra de liberación a unos 90 grados para liberar el engranaje. (Nota: No exceda los 90 grados, no usar demasiada fuerza, de lo contrario la barra de liberación podría dañarse). · Abra y cierre la puerta manualmente. Nota: Sí la puerta choca el poste de montaje y no se puede abrir eléctricamente, mueva la puerta un par de pulgadas a mano, así usted puede liberar la puerta con la llave, abra y cierre la puerta manualmente.

7.1 Instrucción de cableado: Terminal J1 Conecte L & N al suministro de energía AC220V/50HZ; AC110V/60HZ; L is la línea viva, N es neutro, y PE es el polo a tierra. Terminal J2 Conecte LAMP a la lampara de precaución; Voltaje: AC220V/50HZ; AC110V/60HZ. Conecte el cable del motor MOTL2 al cable REV del motor. Conecte MOTL1 al cable del motor FWD, y conecte MOTCOM al cable del común. Terminal J3 Connecte CAP al cable del capacitor. Terminal J4 (Para conveniencia del cableado, este terminal viene acompañado con luces para diagnóstico de fallas). OPEN: Botón de control para abrir la puerta (N.O.) CLOSE: Botón de control para cerrar la puerta (N.O.) START: Open/Stop/Close/Stop loop control button (N.O.) DET: Conector de loop detector sensor de cuerpos metálicos (N.O.) En el proceso de cierre, una vez los vehículos son detectados por el loop, la puerta se abrirá de inmediato. Cuando el vehículo pasa, la Puerta se cerrará automáticamente. Cuando la puerta se encuentra detenido, se mantendrá en este estado cuando detecte algún vehículo. Después de que el vehículo pase, la puerta se cerrará automáticamente. En la función descrita anteriormente, los usuarios pueden seleccionar que la puerta se cierre automáticamente unos segundos después de que los vehículos pasen. Cambie la posición del dip switch No.4 en la tarjeta de control. STOP: Botón de control de parada (N.O.) 7.3 Recorrido de aprendizaje Atención: La tarjeta de control debe realizar el aprendizaje antes de usar normalmente el motor. Antes de realizar la maniobra de aprendizaje, asegúrese que el final de carrera no esté activado. Después oprima y mantenga oprimido el botón WORK. El motor empezará a cerrar y los LEDs de cierre empezarán a parpadear. Después de que se active el final de Carrera, el motor empezará a cerrar y los LEDs empezarán a parpadear. Cuando la puerta active el final de carrera, el motor nuevamente empezará a cerrar. Finalmente, cuando la Puerta active el límite de Carrera nuevamente el aprendizaje estará completo.
7.4 Botón extra PAUSA: Este botón se usa para definir el tiempo de cierre automático. Cuando el motor esté detenido, oprima el botón y después el LED STS parpadear. Puede oprimir el botón nuevamente para que no siga parpadeando. El tiempo de cierre automático (segundos) depende de cuantas veces parpadee el LED STS. START: Este botón es igual al Puerto START J4.
7.5 Potenciómetro de ajuste TORQUE: Para ajustar la fuerza del motor y garantizar la seguridad. Gire en sentido horario para aumentar, y en sentido anti-horario para reducir. TIEMPO: Para ajustar el cierre suave. Gire en sentido horario para aumentar, y en sentido anti-horario para reducir. Rote al mínimo para eliminar esta función. Nota: Los parámetros de TORQUE, TIEMPO por defecto vienen con el máximo valor. Se pueden ajustar a los requerimientos. Advertencia: No ajuste el torque del motor al máximo, debe quedar lo suficientemente fuerte para abrir la Puerta.
7.6 Dip switch 1. CIERRE AUTOMATICO: OFF– No está seleccionada esta función; ON–Función de cierre automático seleccionada. 2. BOTÓN DE CONTROL REMOTO RX4: OFF– Modo de un solo botón seleccionado; ON–Modo de tres botones seleccionado.

3. MODO SBS: OFF– Modo peatonal activado; ON–Modo peatonal desactivado. 4. DIRECCION DEL MOTOR: OFF– Instalación izquierda; ON—Instalación derecha.
7.7 Conexión infrarroja Nota: La conexión infrarroja NC o NO se memorizaran durante el recorriendo de aprendizaje. Función de fotoceldas: Durante el recorrido de cierre, cuando el rayo infrarrojo de la fotocelda está cubierto o obstruido por personas y objetos en su rango de detección, la puerta se abrirá de manera inmediata. La distancia entre la fotocelda receptora y la emisora debería ser mayor a 2 metros, de lo contrario afectará la inducción de la fotocelda. La siguiente figura muestra la conexión NO. Si quiere conectar a un infrarrojo NC, solo se debe cambiar al puerto NC. Después de realizar el cambio nuevamente haga el recorrido de aprendizaje.

7.8 Control remoto El control remoto funciona en modo de un solo canal o multi-canal (Ver DIP de la tabla 1). Este tiene tres botones (Ver Fig. 12 Control Remoto). La función de un solo canal para el botón 1, botón 2 y botón 3 es la misma. Con cada pulsación del botón del control remoto (1,2 y 3), los cuales han sido programados, la puerta puede cerrarse, detenerse o abrirse o detener su ciclo. Para la función del multi canal, el primer botón es para abrir, el segundo botón es para cerrar y el tercer botón es para detener.

Usted puede programar el botón 1, botón 2 y botón 3 individualmente. Si usted programa el botón 1, el botón 1 se habilita. Si programa el botón 2, el botón 2 se habilita y el botón 1 se deshabilita.

·Adición de controles remotos adicionales (Programar): Retirar la tapa, presione y mantenga oprimido el botón de programación “S1” (Fig. 8) más de 2 segundos, entonces el “LED- Diodo emisor de luz de programación LEARN” (Fig. 8) se iluminará, a continuación presione el botón del control remoto que desea utilizar, la luz “LED- Diodo emisor de luz” se encenderá unos 2 segundos y luego se apagará de nuevo. El proceso de programación ha terminado. Función SET El botón externo de K es para el modo de un solo canal. El control remoto está en el modo multi-canal.
El control remoto está en el modo de un solo canal. La función del bloqueo eléctrico está desactivada. La función del bloqueo eléctrico está activada. El bloqueo funcionará 0.5 segundos antes de que la puerta se abra y se detendrá después de que la puerta se abra 2 segundos.

Función de cierre automático: Esta característica puede ser seleccionada para hacer que la puerta permanezca abierta durante algunos segundos antes de que se cierre automáticamente. El cierre automático puede ser ajustado entre 1, 10 y 30 segundos. · Dispositivo de seguridad (Fotocélula de infrarrojo): Sí el rayo infrarrojo es interrumpido durante el cierre, la puerta se regresará y se abrirá inmediatamente. Sí la puerta se detiene en la posición de cierre cuando se alcanza el límite del interruptor, la puerta no se moverá si presiona el botón “CLOSE”. · El dispositivo es instalado con un protector térmico, el protector térmico apagará el motor automáticamente en caso de que la temperatura sea mayor a 120°C y encenderá el motor automáticamente cuando la temperatura sea menor a 85°C±5 °C
9. Mantenimiento. · Revise la puerta una vez al mes. La puerta debe ser revisada cuidadosamente para que mantenga el equilibrio. La puerta debe estar en buen estado de funcionamiento. · Se recomienda por razones de seguridad que las fotocélulas sean usadas en todas las puertas. · Desconectar la red o fuente de alimentación antes de reemplazar la bombilla. · Asegúrese de leer todo el manual antes de intentar realizar cualquier instalación o servicio del operador de puerta. · Nuestra compañía se reserva el derecho de cambiar el diseño y las especificaciones sin previo aviso.

10. Solución de problemas

Motorreductores Si el motorreductor del equipo adquirido por el cliente, presenta algún daño por defectos de fábrica o desajuste interno detectado a la hora de instalar el equipo. Él (CSS) / (CSA) reemplazará las piezas requeridas o en su defecto el motorreductor sin costo alguno.

Parte eléctrica En la línea Elite la garantía de 2 años abarca tarjetas y partes eléctricas, El (CSS) / (CSA) se compromete a reemplazar o reparar cualquier parte que presente fallas debido a daños por defectos de fábrica.

Controles remotos Los controles remotos tienen una garantía de 1 año para defectos de fabricación.

1. Safety Instruction

Please make sure that the power voltage being used matches with the supply voltage of gate opener (AC 110V); kids are not allowed to touch the control devices or the remote-control unit.

The remote-control unit is single button mode or three button mode (please refer to the instructions of the remote control in accordance with the actual gate opener type). The indicator light on the remote-control unit will flicker when its button is pressed. Main engine and gate can be unlocked with a disengagement wrench and the gate can be manually operated after disengagement.

Please make sure that nobody is around the main engine or gate when the switch is operated. Please temporarily stop using the product if the main engine needs to be repaired or regulated. The installation and maintenance of the product must be carried out by professionals.

4. Installation sliding gate opener is applicable to gate weight less than 300kg, and length of the sliding gate less than 8m. The drive mode adopts the rack and gear transmission. This gate opener must be installed inside the enclosure or yard for protection.(Fig1).

Please make sure that the sliding gate is correctly installed, the gate rail is horizontal, and the gate can be manually moved smoothly before installing the gate opener.

Cable installation

In order to guarantee the normal operation of the gate opener and protect the cables from damages, please bury the motor & power cable and controlling cable separately with two PVC tubes.

Concrete pedestal

Please precast a concrete pedestal with the size can be 400mm x 250mm, depth be 200mm in advance, so as to firmly install gate opener. Please make sure the distance between the gate and gate opener is appropriate before casting the pedestal.

Anchors (Ver Fig. 2)

You can use anchor bolts, anchors, washers, and nuts. These anchors must be set in the concrete when it is poured or you can use wedge anchors to support the motor.

Base del operador (Ver Fig. 3) After the concrete has held, mount the gate motor base to the concrete pad. Check that the base is level correctly. Using the bolts, washers, mount the gate motor to the base and insert the cover. Check the operator and make sure it is aligned with the door.

Main engine installation · Dismantle the plastic housing on the main engine before installation and keep relevant fasteners properly; · Please prepare the power line for connecting the mounting plate to the main engine (the number of power supply cable cores should not be less than 3 PCS, the sectional area of cable core should be over 1.5mm² and the length should be determined by users according to the situation on installation spot) · Please unlock the main engine before installation, the unlock method is: insert the key, and open the manual release bar till it rotates by 90° as shown in Figure 5. Then turn the output gear and the gear can be rotated easily;

· When the guide is properly installed, make sure that the racks engage correctly with the gear. · The gap between rack and gear should be 0.5mm.

5. Adjust Spring limit switch · To ensure safety, install safety stop blocks on both ends of the rails to prevent the gate from running out of the rail. Before installing the main engine, make sure that the safety stop blocks are in place and whether it has the function of preventing the gate from running out of the rail or safety range. · Please make sure that the main engine and its components have good mechanical properties, and the gate can be operated flexibly when manually moved before installing the main engine. · Please note that for this product, one control can only drive one main engine, otherwise, the control system will be damaged. · Earth leakage circuit breaker must be installed in where the gate movement can be seen, and the minimum mounting height is 1.5m to avoid being touched by children. · After installation, please check whether the mechanical property is good or not, whether gate movement after manual unlocking is flexible or not, whether the installation for infrared sensor (optional) is correct and effective.

Operations manual In case of power failure, use the key to unlock the lock and push down the release bar about 90 degrees to open and close the door manually, use the release key as follows: · Insert the supplied key into the lock. · Turn the key and push down on the release bar about 90 degrees to release the gear. (Note: Do not exceed 90 degrees, do not use too much force, otherwise the release bar may be damaged.) · Open and close the door manually. Note: If the door hits the mounting post and cannot be opened electrically, move the door a couple of inches by hand, so you can release the door with the key, open and close the door manually.

7.1 Wiring instruction: J1 Terminal Connect L and N to the power supply of AC220V/50HZ; AC110V/60HZ; L is live wire, N is Neutral wire, and PE is grounding wire. J2 Terminal Connect LAMP to caution light; voltage: AC220V/50HZ; AC110V/60HZ. Connect the motor wire MOTL2 to the REV motor wire, connect MOTL1 to the FWD motor wire, and connect MOTCOM to the motor common wire. J3 Terminal Connect CAP to the capacitor wire. J4 Terminal (For the convenience of wiring, this terminal is accompanied with failure diagnosis light) OPEN: Gate open control button (N.O.) CLOSE: Gate close control button (N.O.) START: Open/Stop/Close/Stop loop control button (N.O.) DET: Loop detector (sensor coil) connector (N.O.) In the closing process, once vehicles are detected by the loop detector, the gate will open immediately; when the vehicle passes, the gate will close automatically. When the gate is in a halted state, it will keep this state when vehicles are detected; after the vehicle passes, the gate will close automatically. In the above loop detector function, users can make the gate close automatically some seconds later after the vehicle passes. 7.3 Travel Learning Attention: The control board must learn the travel limit before it can be used normally. Before the travel learning operation, you must be ensured that the limit is not triggered.Then press and hold the button WORK. The motor will run closing first and led CLOSING flashes.After the gate triggers the closing limit, the motor will run opening and led OPENING flashes. When the gate triggers the opening limit, the motor will run closing again. Finally, as the gate triggers closing limit, travel learning is completed.
7.4 Extra button PAUSE: This button is used to set the automatic closing time .When the motor is not running, press the button and then led STS flashes. You can press the button again to stop flashing. The automatic closing time (seconds) depends on how many times the led STS flashes. START: This button is equal to J4 TERMINAL’s START port
7.5 Adjusting knob TORQUE: For motor output force adjustment to ensure safety. Clockwise rotation to increase; Counter-clockwise rotation to reduce. TIME: For slow stop width adjustment. Clockwise rotation to increase; Counter- clockwise rotation to reduce. Rotate to the minimum to cancel the slow stop function. Note: The default setting is TORQUE, TIME are the maximum value, and the user can adjust according to the actual requirement. Warning: The motor output force cannot set too large, just to be able to drive the gate. 7.6 Dip switch 1. AUTO CLOSING:OFF– No automatic close function; ON–Automatic close function. 2. 7.7 Infrared connection Note: The infrared connection NC or NO will be memorized while Travel Learning. Infrared photocell function: In the closing process, when infrared ray of the photocell is covered by people or objects during its detection range, the gate will open immediately for security protection. The distance between photocell receiver and photocell emitter should be more than 2 meters, otherwise will affect the induction of the photocell. The following figure shows the NO infrared connection. If you want to connect to an NC infrared photo, just change to NC port. Then please learn travel again to Memory the infrared NC connection.

You can program button 1, button 2 and button 3 individually. If you program button 1, button 1 is enabled. If you program button 2, button 2 is enabled and button 1 is disabled.

Adding additional remote controls (Programming): Remove the cover, press and hold the programming button “S1” (Fig. 8) for more than 2 seconds, then the “LED- LEARN programming light-emitting diode” (Fig. 8) will light up, then press the button on the remote you want to use, the “LED- Light Emitting Diode” light will turn on for about 2 seconds and then turn off again. The programming process is finished. Up to 25 remote controls can be used · Erase remote controls: To erase all existing remote controls, press and hold the programming button “S1”, the programming LED light will turn on, release the button until the LED light turns off. This indicates that all remote controls have been completely erased, if you change to another remote control code factory you must erase first. · Check the opening direction: If the door does not move in the desired direction, then you will have to change DIP switch 5 (See Table 1).

Auto close function: This feature can be selected to make the door stay open for a few seconds before it closes automatically. The automatic closing can be set between 1, 10 and 30 seconds. – Safety device (Infrared photocell): If the infrared beam is interrupted during closing, the door will return and open immediately. This feature will not function if the door is in the open position and fully closed during opening. – Open priority: The door will reopen if the “OPEN” button on the external switch button is pressed during closing. – Switch limit: The switch is used to stop the door precisely in the open and closed positions. If the door stops in the open position when the switch limit is reached, the door will not move if you press the “OPEN” button. If the door stops in the closed position when the switch limit is reached, the door will not move if you press the “CLOSE” button. – The device is installed with a thermal protector, the thermal protector will turn off the motor automatically in case the temperature is higher than 120°C and turn on the motor automatically when the temperature is lower than 85°C±5 °C .
