Product Usage Instructions

Activating the Product
To activate the product, follow these steps:

1. Click on “Add a new product” button.
2. Enter the serial number (S/N) and activation code. The activation code can be obtained from the envelope in the box.
3. Complete the activation process.

Downloading Center Module
To download the center module, follow these steps:

1. Click on “Download Center” module.
2. Enter the App store.

Switching/Add/Delete Products
To switch, add, or delete products, follow these steps:

1. Click on “Switch/Add Product” button.
2. Select the “Add New Product” module.
3. Access the “Input Product Selection Interface”.
4. You can switch between products, add new products, or delete existing products by using the left slide.

• DO NOT ATTEMPT TO INTERACT WITH THE PRODUCT WHILE DRIVING. Any distraction may cause an accident.
• TURN THE IGNITION OFF BEFORE CONNECTING OR DISCONNECTING THE PRODUCT FROM THE DATA LINK CONNECTOR (DLC) to prevent causing damage to the product or vehicle’s electron ic components.

The HUMZOR allows you to instantly send diagnostic feedback with logs of diagnostic data automatically attached while you are encountering a software problem with the diagnostics operations. To send diagnostic feedback:

1. Tap the icon located at the top right corner of any screen in Diagnostics module.
2. Select the type of problem.
3. Write a description of the problem.
4. Tap Submit to send the feedback.

Q What should I do if a communication error occurs?
A Follow the steps below to identify the problem:

1. Check if the ignition is ON.
2. Check if the humzor is securely plugged into the vehicle’s OBDIl port.
3. Turn the ignition off. Then, turn it on after 10 seconds andcontinue t he operation.
4. Check if the vehicle’s control module is defective

Q Why do I need to download the diagnostic software after installing the humzor app?
A Since there are various vehicle manufacturers, different diagnostic software is required for different brands.
Q Do I need to update the firmware before using it for the first time?
A Yes. Firmware will automatically update to the latest version once the humzor is connected with your phone via Bluetooth. You can tap Me > Firmware Update to update the firmware manually
Q Can multiple devices be bound to one humzor app account?
A Yes.
