Product Usage Instructions

1. Assembly

To assemble the product, follow these steps:

1. Attach the armature compl., 230V (PG) to the motor
   housing.

2. Connect the field coil w.field coil,230 V to the armature
   compl.

3. Attach the switch 2-pole to the motor housing.

4. Secure the cable clip to the motor housing to hold the cables
   in place.

5. Install the baffle and electronic unit,230V 50/60Hz into the
   motor housing.

6. Attach the ball bearings, rubber bushing, washer, hexagon nut,
   switch rod, cap, end cap, switch slide, loop handle compl., fixing
   set, gasket, fill. head screw(DIN 7985), self-tap. fill. h. screw,
   rating plate, bevel gear w.pinion, gear flange compl., gear housing
   compl., planet wheel set, compl., brush holder set, fan w. dust
   guard, carbon brush set cut-off, retaining ring, O-ring, pressure
   spring, push button, bolt, tacho disc, pivoting switch, spindle
   shaft, flange compl., O-ring and washer as per the instructions
   provided in the user manual.

7. Attach the carbon brush with brush holder set 230V to the motor
   housing.

2. Operation

To operate the product, follow these steps:

1. Ensure that the product is connected to a power source of
   230V.

2. Turn on the switch to start the product.

3. Use the loop handle to hold and control the product during
   operation.

4. Adjust the speed and pressure according to your
   requirements.

5. After use, turn off the switch and disconnect the power
   source.

3. Maintenance

To maintain the product, follow these steps:

1. Regularly clean the product to remove dust and debris.

2. Inspect all parts for any signs of damage or wear.

3. Replace any damaged or worn parts with genuine
   replacements.
