Displaylink Driver Installation Guide
Before using, mobile phones, Windows computers, and Mac computers, you need to visit the DisplayLink official website to install the corresponding drivers. The URL is as follows: https://www.synaptics.com/ or http://www.displaylink.com/ To promise successful use, please download and update the driver from the DisplayLink official website in time.
Note : In order to install the driver for the Mac OS system successfully, you need to check the APP Store and identify developers in the Computer Preferences, Security, and Privacy Settings in advance. Unsure which version of macOS you have installed? Click on the ‘Apple’ icon in the menu bar on your desktop and select ‘About this Mac’. A new window will open and display the system’s macOS version.

Installation Steps
- Go to the System Preferences, and click on Security & Privacy.
- Under the General tab, make sure ‘App Store and identified developers’ is selected before installation.
- Visit the DisplayLink website and navigate to the latest drivers section.
- Select ‘macOS’ to view the available DisplayLink drivers for Mac.
- Download the appropriate DisplayLink Manager for your macOS version.
- Locate the downloaded file in your Downloads folder and double-click to begin the installation.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation process, agreeing to the terms of the software license agreement when prompted.
- Provide your Mac’s username and password if required to authorize the installation.
- Once installation is complete, you can choose to move the installer to the Bin or keep it for future reference.

- Click “Accept”
- Open the DisplayLink Manager Graphics Connectivity
- Click ‘Continue’ on the ‘Introduction’ page
- Click ‘Continue’ on the ‘Licence’ page
- Click ‘Agree’ when prompted
- Click ‘Install’ on the ‘Installation Type’ page

- Click Move to bin’ when prompted
