Product Usage Instructions

Important Notice
Please read through this instruction to learn how to operate the machine correctly. After finishing reading the instruction, keep it properly for later reference. Don’t place it in the following areas:

  • Straight shining or strong man-made light source
  • High humidity or poor ventilation

The casing has gaps and holes for ventilation to avoid overheating and ensure proper functioning of the product. In order to prevent fire, do not use newspaper, tablecloth, or curtain to jam or cover these gaps. Also, avoid placing the Integrated Receiver Decoder on a bed with a thick blanket, sofa, or thick fabrics.

  • Do not open the casing to avoid the risk of electric shock, as high voltage exists inside the integrated receiver decoder. Place the power cord far away from foot traffic and do not put other objects on the power cord. Pay attention to the plug, socket, and position where the power cord is externally connected. Do not break the power cord to avoid the risk of electric shock. The plug can only be cleaned after it is removed from the socket on the wall.
  • Please use a soft cloth with a little neutral detergent to clean the casing, panel, and controller. Other methods are prohibited

Name and Function of Each Part on the Front Panel

  1. RF IN: Connect the ATSC cable.
  2. AV: Connect to the TV using an RCA cable.
  3. HDMI: Connect to the TV using an HDMI cable.
  4. LAN: Connect to the internet using an Ethernet cable.
  5. DC==12V: Connect to the 12V power adapter.
  6. USB/Micro SD: Connect to an external storage device (If using a hard-disk with the receiver, make sure it is inserted before booting up).

Hard Reset (Recovery)

To perform a hard reset or recovery, follow these steps:

  1. While you shut the system down, press and hold the recovery button with a needle and wait for approximately 6-8 seconds.
  2. Reconnect the power and you will see blue lights. The box begins to reinstall the system.
  3. Release the needle. The entire recovery process will last for up to about 15 minutes. (Do not turn off the power during system recovery.)

Remote Control
You can control this receiver using the provided remote controller with full function. The remote control includes the following buttons:

  1. Power button
  2. TV: Learning remote control buttons
  3. Change volume in viewing mode
  4. Play/Pause
  5. Mouse cursor
  6. Confirm the highlighted menu item, open the program list
  7. Move up and down in the menu
  8. Move up and down in the menu
  9. Enter to the main menu homepage
  10. Enter to AlRial TV
  11. Enter to setting menu
  12. Enter to menu
  13. Back
  14. Numeric keys (0~9): Change program or input number
  15. Turn the sound On/Off
  16. Delete keyboard characters

Menu Operation

  • MEDIA: In the media menu, you can add any app shortcut. You can directly open the app through a shortcut.
  • APPS: The menu contains many apps, including AlRial TV, Chrome, Clock, FileManagerPro, and so on. You can install other software from USB.
  • SETTING: This part contains Network Setting, Preference, Personal, and Device.

Power is on, but there is no Start Logo| Video wire does not connect properly.| Connect the video wire properly.
There is Start Logo,  no background sound.| The receiver is in mute mode.|

  • Press MUTE button of remote control of the receiver, press
  • MUTE button of television remote control and connect the audio.

No signal.| Signal wire doesn’t connect wear. or bad weather (wind snowy and windy ,or position of satellite signal wire is not proper.| Connect the signal wire properly. Or adjust the antenna in fine weather.
