• How long is its warranty or guarantee?
  The product is covered by a two-year warranty which you can extend via the manufacturing website, swan-brand.co.uk. • Can you make hot chocolate?
  The device is designed to heat and froth milk only; I would prepare the hot chocolate separately and then pour the milk into the prepared hot chocolate.

• How much milk should I use?
  The correct capacity is 115ml for foaming and 240ml for warming. There is a low mark for frothed milk and an upper mark for heated milk inside of the device.

• Can I get spare parts?
  Should you need any spare parts for this item, please visit the manufacturing website, which is found in your instruction manual. For spare parts information please visit page 6 of the instruction manual.

• What Milk should I Use?
  For the best results, we would suggest using whole milk.

• Can I froth and heat milk at the same time?
  Yes, you can, press the button until the blue light and the red light are on at the same time. For full instructions, please refer to page 5 of the instruction manual.

• My milk has only frothed and warmed up slightly however the product indicator lights are flashing.
  This is an error status which means that the product has overloaded and/or overheated. The flashing LED indicates a cool down period is required.

• Can I clean it in the dishwasher?
  Please do not put the device in the dishwasher. Please follow the cleaning instructions in our manual on page 6.
