Operating Instructions
- Lightly spray the area or item (e.g., workbench, tool, control knob) with Cleaning/Developing Solution for Hexavalent Chromium Cat. No. 769-1070.
- Wait at least 30 seconds and then wipe with a Surface SWYPE pad.
- Allow 3 minutes for the color to develop on the pad. Hexavalent chromium will produce a purple/violet color.
Notes : Although the color is stable, it is recommended that you read the color after 3 minutes. Known interference: Iron, copper, molybdenum, and vanadium
