This bounce and slide is intended for the amusement of children ages 3-8. The inflatable bounce surface is soft and allows for safe bouncing and sliding. The bounce house alsoatures an inflatable basketball hoop.

Safety Warnings

  • ADULT SUPERVISION of children is required al all times.
  • MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS inside and around the inflatable. Make sure inflatable is clear of objects that may cause accidents and/or injuries.
  • CHECK FOR AIR LOSS before and during use. Make sure the blower is properly connected. Air loss through seams is normal.
  • PERFORM A MAINTENANCE CHECK before and after use of inflatable. See Page 11
  • CHECK THE INFLATABLE AND ALL ITS ANCHOR POINTS before and during use, and to re-secure as appropriate.
  • DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN TO ENTER THE INFLATABLE UNTIL IT IS FULLY INFLATED AND ANCHORED.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR BLOWER INSTALLATION

  • NOTE: Set up as close to power source as possible.
  • The blower should be periodically examined for potentially unsafe conditions such as: damaged cord, plug, housing or parts, and that in the event such damage is found, the blower should not be used until properly repaired.
  • Never leave the blower outside in the rain or exposed lo the elements when not in use.
  • When in use, do not place the cord across traffic areas, water or damp areas.
  • The blower should be placed on a stable surface and anchored per product instructions.
  • The power cord of the blower is equipped with a Ground Faulty Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) adapter.

  • This blower is for residential use only. II is not intended lo be used in commercial or industrial settings.
  • Never insert fingers, pencils or any other object through the grill at ANY time.
  • Do not operate blower with a damaged cord or plug, after the appliance malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
  • Do not operate in the presence of explosive and/or flammable fumes.

This blower should be grounded. In the event of an electrical short circuit, grounding reduces the risk of electric shock l:1,’ providing an escape  wire for the electric circuit. This  is equipped with a cord having  a grounding wire with an appropriate grounding plug. This plug must be plugged into an outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances. DANGER – Improper installation of the grounding plug can result in a risk of electric shock. If repair or replacement of the cord or plug is necessary, do not connect  the grounding wire to either blade terminals. The wire with insulation  having an oufJrsurface that is green, with or without yellow stripes, is the grounding wire. Check with a qualified electrician or serviceman if the grounding instructions are not completely unclerstood, or if in doubt as lo whether the blower is properly grouncled. Do not modify the plug provided; if ii will not fit the outlet, have the proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician. For a grouncled, cord-connected blower, rated less than 15 amperes and intended for use on a nominal 110-120-volt supply circuit, these instructions should be followed. This blower is for use on a nominal 110-120-volt supply circuit, and has a grounding plug that looks like the plug illustrated. Temporary adapters should not be used. Do not use blower until a properly grouncled outlet can be installed by a qualified electrician.

  1. Minimum Clearance Zones
    Choose a flat and non-abrasive area that has adequate space for the inflatable to fit comfortably allowing for 6 ft. (1.8 m) clearance on all sides. See page 1 for the inflated dimensions of your inflatable.

Pool-07 WARNING : The inflatable should never be setup or operated during inclement weather or if the winds exceed 15 mph (24 km/h), since serious injury, death, and damage will result. Never setup and operate during rain or snow conditions. It is always wise to check your local weather forecast before installation.

  2. Preferred Indoor Locations
    Carpeted or hardwood floor

  3. Preferred Outdoor Locations
    Flat grassy surface which has well compacted soil and trees or buildings nearby which can provide shade.

Make sure that the area is clear of all protrusions and sharp objects that may damage the inflatable.
Bystanders should be at a safe distance during setup.

WARNING : Check for overhead obstructions such as utility lines before setup. Keep i n mind that the inflatable might move during use, and proper clearance should be maintained at all times. Make sure there are no utility lines within 10 ft. (3 m) of the inflatable.

  1. Remove inflatable from storage bag.

  2. Unroll the inflatable.

  3. Unfold the inflatable until it is completely flat.

    Take note of how the inflatable is folded as this will minimize guess work during teardown .

    • A NOTICE
    • DO NOT drag the inflatable across the ground and other rough surfaces
    • Always have sufficient personnel and equipment to move the inflatable clear off the ground to the setup location.
    • Never leave the inflatable unattended, whether inflated or deflated.

Connect the Blower

  1. Position the blower
    This inflatable requires one blower. Position the blcmer so that the inflation tube is straight and al a 90° angle to the inflatable allowing for ease of airflow.
    CAUTION
    Read the blower’s manual completely before using.
    DO NOT SWITCH POWER ON YET

  2. Attach inflation tube
    Attach inflation tube lo blower. Make sure the tube is not twisted. Tie the drawstring to tightly secure the inflation tube.

  3. Test the blower GFCI Adapter

  4. Plug GFCI into receptacle.

  5. Press reset button.

  6. Press test button.

  7. Press reset button to use the blower.

  8. Do not use if the button fails to disable blower.

Inflation

Switch the blower’s power on.
It may take anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes to fully inflate.
If blower does not operate when switched ON, press the reset button on the GFCI adapter.

CAUTION : DO NOT allow children to play in the inflatable until It is fully inflated and anchored to the ground.Blower should remain on and continuously inflate the bouncer during use. Airflow through seams is normal.

WARNING : DO NOT USE THE BLOWER if the power remains ON when the test button is pushed. If unit is NOT working property, take the blower to a certified electrician immediately.

Anchoring

Anchoring Indoors

Use sandbags (sold separately) as anchors when using the inflatable indoors.

  1. Check page l for correct sandbag weight and anchor location for your inflatable.
  2. Use tethers to securely tie sandbags to anchor loops.

Outdoors
Secure the blo.ver to the ground with the provided stakes.
Make sure the blower air intake is clear of leaves or any debris during use.

Indoors
Indoors Use cones around the blower area to mark it as a No Play Zone.

WARNING : When used indoors, regularly monitor blower to prevent from moving and possibly tipping over. This can affect the result of the blower performance and create a safety hazard. Failure to follow will result in injuries or death.

Anchoring Outdoors

Use the provided stakes to secure the inflatable to the ground. Follow these easy steps:

  1. Tightly pull the stake loops away from the inflatable.
  2. Gently use a hammer to drive stakes completely into the ground.

ANCHORING REQUIREMENTS: This inflatable has several anchoring locations which must Ali be anchored and tethered whenever children are using this inflatable, including both
indoor and outdoor installation. See the illustration below for anchor locations.

CAUTION : Check with local utility companies for locations of any water pipes, gas pipes, sewer pipes, and other underground materials before pounding stakes into the ground.

Connect the Water Sprayer

  1. Install Water Sprayer by locating white fasteners on the inflatable. Follow the diagram below for the correct location of Water Sprayer.

  2. Locate the end of the Water Sprayer that should be positioned by the bottom of the slide.

  3. Attach the screw cap on the hose assembly to your garden hose.

  4. Turn on the water slowly. It may take a few moments until water begins to spray.

  5. Adjust the water pressure so that the water sprays on the sliding surface of the inflatable, keeping the inflatable wet.

Teardown

WARNING

Never store the inflatable when wet. Allow to thoroughly dry before rolling up. Inflatable must be stored dry, or mold will develop and cause irreparable damage to material. M<Ne the product every day to prevent browning or damage to the lawn. Follow all previous instructions for each set the product.

  1. Ensure everyone has exited the inflatable before teardown.

  2. Inspect inside the inflatable and ensure lo remove items that may have been left behind.

  3. Ifs recommended to perform maintenance again before beginning teardown. Review checklist provided in this manual.

  4. Before turning the power off, confirm all children and bystanders are clear of the no-walk perimeter.

  5. Switch off the blower and remove the blower from the inflation tube. Untie the deflation tube and unplug the blower power cord.

  6. It takes 5 to l O minutes for the inflatable lo fully deflate. Make sure the inflatable deflates onto itself so the weight is equally distributed.

  7. Unfasten and anchor the pull all tethers.

Fold Your Inflatable

  1. Fold the opposing sides inward, making sure the inflation tube is not being folded as well.

  2. Step on the folded inflatable opposite the inflation tubes. Begin stomping out the air.
    Fold in half and continue to push air out until ii is completely deflated.

  3. Roll the inflatable towards the inflation tubes. One person can roll as a helper continues to stomp air out.

  4. Tie the rolled up inflatable with straps and insert into the storage bag.

Properly Store Your Inflatable

Proper storage is key to protecting your inflatable.

  • Store your inflatable in an enclosed location free of rain and extreme heat.
  • Ideal indoor temperature should be between 50 to 90°F (10 to 33°C).
  • Ensure your storage area is free of rodents as they can chew on the fabric and damage your inflatable.
  • Storing your inflatable wet will cause mildew and void warranty. Always thoroughly dry before storing

Inflatable Maintenance

  • Inspect for signs of fabric failure; weak or torn surfaces must be repaired promptly. As an outdoor product, the bouncer is subject to wear and deterioration.
  • To keep the product clean: wipe the bouncer or blower using a dry cloth or a cloth dampened with a neutral, non-flammable, non-toxic cleaning and sanitizing solution or pure water.
    The product should be periodically examined for potentially unsafe conditions such as: damaged cord, plug, housing, or parts, and in the event such damage is found, the product should not be used until properly repaired. Never leave the fan outside in the rain or elements when not in use. Minor repairs can be made using the enclosed repair patches.

Blower Maintenance

  • The blower must be unplugged before servicing.
  • The product should be periodically examined for potentially unsafe conditions such as damaged cord, plug, housing, or parts, and that in the event such damage is found, the product should not be used until properly repaired. If these checks are not carried out the product could overturn or otherwise become a hazard.
  • The blower does not require any lubrication and has no user-serviceable parts. Do not attempt service the blower.
  • Do not immerse the fan in water. To clean, wipe with a damp cloth.
  • Regularly check the intake and output openings and keep free of dirt, leaves. etc.
  • When not in use, store the blower indoors in a dry place.
  • Store the blower upright on a stable surface.
  • Loosely coil the cord and place it beside the blover.
  • When in use, do not place the cord across traffic areas, water, or damp areas.
  • The blower is a high volume blower, and is capable of moving large volumes of air very quickly. Place the blower in an area where  will not draw in dirt or leaves.
  • Do not operate any fan with a damaged cord or plug. Discard fan or return lo an authorized service facility for examination and/or repair.
  • Do not run cord under the carpeting. Do not cOJer cord with throw rug, runners, or similar cOJerings. Do not route cord under furniture or appliances. Arrange the cord away from the traffic area and there will not be tripped over.

Cleaning the Inflatable

Keep your inflatable looking and performing like new by cleaning it thoroughly. If the inflatable is wet, DO NOT store away for an extended period, as this will cause mold and mildew and permanently damage the fabric. Make sure to thoroughly dry wet inflatable within three days. Follow the steps belo.

  1. Clean inside debris/trash with a shop vacuum.

  2. Clean inside and outside using damp rag.
    If inflatable has stains, use cleaning solution.

  3. Disinfect the inflatable after every use.

Repair Kit Instructions

Small cuts and tears on your inflatable can be patched using the repair kit provided.
Folloo the steps below.
WARNING
NOT A TOY. ADULT USE ONLY. Keep away from children

  1. CD Deflate the inflatable.

  2. Get the repair kit,sewing needle, and thread.

  3. Get a patch that matches the color of the area that needs to be repaired.

  4. Position the patch over the damaged area.

  5. Using a needle and thread, sew the patch onto the inflatable.

Note

  • Be sure not to leave any needles on the product after sewing.
  • It’s not suggested to patch the same repair more than twice.

Disposal

DISPOSAL OF INFLATABLE
We recommend finding a recycling facility that will accept PVC. If no facility is available to you, dismantle and dispose of the inflatable in a way that no hazardous conditions exist at the lime you do so.

DISPOSAL OF BLOWER
Take the blooer lo a collection facility capable of processing electrical/electronic waste.

Troubleshooting

The chart below provides some of the common problems that occur with the operation of the inflatable. In most cases a problem can easily be solved by a supervising adult.

Pool-31If you are not able to solve a problem call FUNormous Customer Service at (877) 710-lm. Be prepared with the following information:

  1. The inflatable serial number and model.
  2. The owners manual.
  3. All calls should be made Df the same person lo avoid confusion. Be sure lo gel the name of the person to whom he/she is speaking to at FUNormous. All calls should then be directed lo that person.
  4. Provide a phone number where you can be reached.
  5. The maintenance log and repair record.
  6. The person calling the factory must be familiar with the problem and be able to describe the problems of the inflatable. (i.e.; Was the problem gradual? Are there any noises occurring that are not normal? Was ii a one time problem, or does ii occur regularly?)

Many limes the problem that completely slops an inflatable from working is one of the many simple things that are forgotten or overlooked. II can save several phone calls or a more expensive repair, as well as valuable lime lo double check everything.

Emergencld Procedures

Emergencies can arise for various reasons. It is important that an adult be trained to implement emergency procedures should the need arise.
The following are examples of emergencies and how they can be handled.

WEATHER
Inclement weather can be rain, lightning, or strong wind which makes usage unsafe for children. In each case an adult should evacuate the inflatable
as quickly and safely as possible. After everyone has exited the inflatable, the supervising adult must follow the procedures for shutting down the inflatable.

LOSS OF ELECTRIC POWER
When a loss of power occurs, the inflatable will slowly start lo deflate. The adult will have to assist children to quickly and safely exit the inflatable. The supervising adult should be notified to check the problem. Do not leave
the inflatable unattended. When the problem is corrected, inspection and maintenance should be performed before the inflatable is put back in service.

INJURIES
If the injury is minor, a supervising adult can assist the injured child to exit the inflatable and the parent or guardian can give needed assistance. If a major injury has occurred, the adult should evacuate children from the inflatable and assist the injured child out of the inflatable. The supervising adult should contact appropriate first aid personnel or emergency. The supervising adult should assist in crowd control to make way for emergency personnel and vehicles.

DAMAGE TO INFLATABLE
Should the inflatable receive damage during use, the supervising adult should immediately evacuate the children. The inflatable should not be operated until the damage can be assessed and repaired. When the problem is corrected, inspection and maintenance should be performed before the inflatable is put back in service.
