Clamp Seat Tube

Step 1
Loosen the screws on the both sides

Step 2
Insert the seat tube into the clamp

Step 3
Use a wrench to tighten the screws on both sides

Step4

The installation is complete

Indoor Stationary Exercise Bike

Loosen the screws on the both sides

Step 2
Turn the adapter up 90 degrees

Step 3
The adapter to Horizontal position

Step 4
Insert the saddle into the linkage, adjust the desired angle and tighten the screws

Road Bike/Double Rails Seat Post

Step 1
Loosen the screws on the both sides

Step 2
Remove the saddle Adapter and screws

Step 3
Loosen the horizontal Seat post pinch bloat the to pouf the seat post

Step 4
Install the seat tube on the double guide rail. As shown in the figure operation

Step 5
Tighten the bottom screws after fixing the position

Step 6
Fix the pole to the bike. The installation is complete
