WHAT’S INCLUDED
A CLOSER LOOK
CHARGING
Insert one end of the included charging cable into the charging port on your speaker.Insert the other end into theUSB port of a computer or suitable USB charging adapte.
POWERING ON/OFF
Press and hold the button for approximately 3-4 seconds to power ON or power OFF your speaker.
BLUETOOTH PAIRING
Once
powered on, your speaker will go into pairing mode.
The LED Indicator will turn blue and flash rapidly.Go to the Bluetooth settings menu
on your phone. Make sure that Bluetooth is turned on. Connect to the device
listed as “AIWA Exos Go.” Once paired, a tone will sound from the speaker. The
LED Indicator will stop flashing and remain blue. Note that the light will flash
slowly while music is playing.
LISTENING TO MUSIC
Press the + button to skip to the next track in a playlist. Press and hold the
- button to increase volume. Press the – button to go back to the last track in a playlist. Press and hold the – button to decrease volume.
Press the play/pause button to play or pause a track.If your connection is slow, press the Bluetooth button twice to refresh the connection. You can also try powering off the speaker and then powering it on again.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES
TWS Function
If you have two Exos Go speakers, enjoy high-quality sound by using the TWS
pairing function.
Power on both speakers and press the TWS Mode button on one speaker. You will
hear a short tone, and then the two speakers will pair together. The TWS LED
indicators of both speakers will light green once paired.
You can then go to the Bluetooth settings menu on your phone. Make sure that
Bluetooth is turned on.
Connect to the device listed as “AIWA Exos Go.” Press the TWS button to exit
TWS function.
Press again to re-connect TWS. AUX IN Port
Connect one end of a 3.5mm Aux cable to the AUX In port on your speaker.
Connect the other end to the headphone jack on your audio device in order to
listen to music using a wired connection.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
When using your speaker, basic safety precautions should always be followed including:
- READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING YOUR SPEAKER.
- Do not submerge your speaker in water.
- Only clean using a clean cloth.
- Do not allow children to play with this product. This product contains small pieces that can be a choking hazard. Parental supervision is advised.
- Do not expose this product to excessive heat or fire.
- Do not expose this product to temperatures above 100°F. Keep out of direct sunlight.
- Do not attempt to repair this product yourself. Contact a qualified service center if the product is in need of service.
- Do not drop, crush, or expose this product to excessive physical force.
- This product is not intended for commercial use.
- When charging, keep all charging cables well ventilated. Do not keep your charging cable in contact with flammable materials such as bedding, linens or synthetic fabrics.
Maintenance and Care
- Use a soft cloth or paper towel to clean your speaker. Never use any harsh chemicals or detergents for cleaning. Make sure your speaker is dry before charging.
- When your speaker is not in use, it should be stored in a cool, dry place.
- Never tug or yank on a cable while it is connected to your speaker. Connect and disconnect cables as carefully as possible.
- Never expose your speaker to high temperatures, extreme cold.
- Please recycle or dispose of your speaker properly based on the laws and rules of your municipality. Contact local recycling facilities and/or the manufacturer of your speaker for further information.

What Is Not Covered By Warranty
Damages or malfunctions not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
and damages or malfunctions from other than normal use, including but limited
to, repair by unauthorized parties, tampering, modification or accident.

To receive Warranty service along with the name and address of an authorized
product service center, the original consumer purchaser must contact us for
problem determination and service procedures. Proof of purchase in the form of
a bill of sale or receipted invoice, evidencing that the product is within the
applicable Warranty period(s), MUST be presented in order to obtain the
requested service. It is your responsibility to properly package and send any
defective products along with a dated copy of proof of purchase, a written
explanation of the problem, and a valid return address of the authorized
service center at your expense. Do not include any other items or accessories
with the defective product. Any products received by the authorized service
center that are not covered by warranty will be returned unrepaired.
