3161 KM 1800 Black Mincer Attachment
Overview of the mincer
- 2 in 1 tamper with lid (includes three stainless steel sausage stuff ers with diff erent diameters)
- Filling tray
- Auger housing / fi lling chute
- Auger
- Blade
- Perforated discs (coarse – 7 mm, medium – 5 mm, fi ne – 3 mm)
- Fastening ring / cover nut
Assembling the mincer

Undo the front cover screw and remove the cover of the accessory drive shaft.

Insert the auger (4) into the auger housing (3).

Place the blade (5) in front of the auger so that the flat sides face the perforated disc. The blade is sharp, so be careful with it.

Place the desired perforated disc (6) in front of the blade paying attention to the two recesses (left/right) of the auger housing.

Put on the fastening ring / cover nut (7) and tighten it clockwise.

Place the mincer attachment on the drive shaft and tighten the screw.

Place the feed tray (2) on the auger housing.
Using the mincer:
- Cut the desired ingredients into pieces that fit into the feed chute.
- Check that the mincer is firmly mounted on the motor head.
- Put the ingredients into the feed chute and the filling tray.
- Place a container under the outlet.
- Plug the power plug into the outlet.
- Tap the button and select a speed level. We recommend speed level 3–5.
- Start the appliance by pressing the button.
- Carefully press the ingredients down with the tamper (1).
- After use, switch off the appliance with the button and pull the plug out of the outlet.
Overview of the sausage stuffer

Assembling the sausage stuffer attachment
- Follow steps 1 and 2 of „Assembling the mincer.“
- Place the sausage conveyor (5) in front of the auger.
- Place the desired sausage attachment (6) in front of the sausage conveyor.
- Follow steps 6 to 7 of „Assembling the mincer“.
Using the sausage stuffer attachment
- Prepare the sausage stuffing.
- Soak the sausage skin in water for at least 10 min. before use.
- Check that the mincer with the sausage attachment is firmly mounted on the motor head.
- Clamp the soaked sausage skin over the sausage attachment.
- Plug the power plug into the outlet.
- Tap the button and select a speed level.
- Start the appliance by pressing the button.
- Put your already minced and seasoned stuffing for the sausage into the filling tray and the filling chute.
- Carefully push the stuffing into the auger housing with the tamper.
- After use, switch off the appliance with the button and pull the plug out of the outlet.
After using the mincer and sausage stuffer attachment
- Undo the screw to remove the mincer attachment and refit the drive shaft cover to the appliance.
- Remove the used accessories from the appliance and wash all components that have come into contact with food in hot rinsing water. Clean all components immediately after use.
Process pieces of meat without tendons, bones and fat.
Unplug the mincer from the mains before assembling/disassembling it.
If something blocks the blade, first unplug the appliance and wait until the
appliance has come to a complete stop. Then carefully try to remove the
blockage.
Never reach into the auger housing of the mincer attachment, always use the
tamper.
The blade of the mincer attachment is sharp, so handle it carefully. Be
careful when handling the blade when emptying or cleaning the attachments.
Never hold your face over the auger housing with the filling tray when the
motor is running. If you have overlooked bones or other hard particles when
preparing the ingredients, they could be ejected just like pieces of meat.
