There are two different AC charging standards for EVs, Type 1 and Type 2. Please make sure you are choosing the correct charging plug for your EV.

A. How to start charging
- Firmly insert the Type 2 maleplug into the outletsocket on the AC EVSE. 2.Insertthe Type 2 femaleplug into the inletsocketon the electric vehicle.3.Lock your electricvehicleand the AC EVSE will charge the vehicle.
B. How to stop charging
- Unplug the Type 2 maleplug from the EVSE outlet to disconnect power.
- Disconnect the Type 2 female plug from the vehicle inlet.
- Put the EV charging cableaway.
Good to Know
- This is a Mode 3EV charging cable special for EVs with Type 2 inlets. Don’t use it for EVs with different inlet types.
- This cable has a precise internal structure. Any questions, please contact our Customer Service at the first time. Please don’t disassemble it without any professional technical support.
- Don’t use it in water.
- The product is only for EV charging. Please don’t use it in any other occasions, including hauling, binding and so on.
- Do not use the device if the cable is damaged.
- The device must be grounded.
- Mind the risk of electrical shock or burn.
- The device does not contain any user-serviceable parts.
- Please do not disconnect the plugs while the AC EVSEis charging the vehicle.
- After charging is complete, if you cannot unplug it immediately, please wait for a while and try again.
Common Problems
- Pins not latching-Make sure to use considerable force when plugging in the cable until the pins are well connected to the EVSE or the electric vehicle.
- Charging settings on the electric vehicle–Make sure no timers or other settings are turned on.
- The vehicle is locked–The vehicle needs to be unlocked and powered off to start the charging process.
- Plugging into another cable –This cable must be plugged directly into a Type 2 inlet or outlet socket.
