Please ensure the mast plate screw lengths and T-nut threads are the correct
size. Failure to do so can cause damage to the board upon installation.
-
Some hydrofoils do not have slots and must be attached by these following steps – beginning after step 3 on the previous page:
- Carefully place the mast base over the T-nuts
- Insert M8 screw through the hole on the mast base and then screw into the t-nut
- Repeat for all 4 screws
- Move foil base into desired location
- Tighten screws
RECOMMENDATIONS
HYDROFOIL CARE:
-
To ensure longevity of components it is recommended to use anti-seize thread grease on the screws during assembly
-
During each session occasionally check to ensure screws have remained tight
-
After each session disassemble the hydrofoil for storage in included carrying case
○ Remove Stainless screws from the aluminum mast and fuselage -
Failure to do so may cause the screws to corrode and seize
-
This is especially important in salt water environments
-
Note: using titanium screws considerably eliminates any possible corrosion
-
These can be purchased separately
○ Rinse all parts in fresh water and allow to dry before long term storage
SAFETY AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Zetti hydrofoil boards, hydrofoils, wings and other products are used in
sports that are considered inherently dangerous. Any use of Zetti Brand
products releases Zetti Brand, LLC from liability from damage or injury caused
by improper use, pre-existing damage, extreme wear and tear, or adverse
weather conditions. Please follow directions and safety recommendations
carefully! Inflate board to recommended pressure of 15-20psi and be sure to
check that the valve is in proper working order. Make sure the valve is
closed properly before use.
Do not go further from shore than you are willing to swim back. If the board
deflates there is no extra flotation compartment.
Use included board leash at all times. It is very easy to become separated
from your board without a leash. Under extreme circumstances it may be
necessary to disconnect from your board to prevent injury, for example, in
large breaking swell. Please do so carefully, and have a plan to return to
shore before release.
It is recommended to always wear a wetsuit and Personal Flotation Device (PFD)
or lifejacket while using our products. Please follow local laws and practice
in safe locations away from marine traffic.
Minors must have adult supervision at all times while using the product.

Note:
During a crash the board may flip upside down exposing the hydrofoil. As the

canopy or bladder. Do your best to prevent high speed or extreme crashes that
can result in these conditions. This is a common occurrence during foiling
and is not covered by warranty.
