IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS TRAVEL STEAMER. USE ONLY AS DIRECTED.

Steam is very HOT and burns can occur from contact with the steam, hot water, or hot parts. Do not place hands, fingers or any other body parts near the steam. Never point steamer at people or pets.

Keep away from children and pets. The Elite Travel Steamer is not a toy. Do not leave unattended when the unit is plugged in. Unplug the cord when not in use.

Fill water reservoir with water ONLY. Use of any other liquids/chemicals may damage the unit or cause injury.

The Elite Travel Steamer is an electrical appliance. Do not submerge the main unit or any of the parts in water. Do not operate Elite Travel Steamer with wet hands, without shoes or while standing in water, or on a wet surface.

Never operate Elite Travel Steamer without water. This will damage the heating unit. Automatic Safety Shut-Off temporarily shuts of the unit when it runs dry.

Do not steam the clothes while it is on your body.

Always use the handle when carrying, moving or using your steamer. Never pull or lift steamer by the power cord.

Never operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly, or if it has dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water. Do not attempt to repair the appliance. Incorrect assembly or repair could cause risk of fire, electric shock, or injury to persons when the appliance is used. Contact Customer Support or have a qualified repair person check the appliance before use it.

Store steamer after the unit has cooled down. Do not put away while the unit is still hot. Store in a cool, dry area.
Wrap cord loosely around unit and lock cord onto plug for storage. -
Keep the power cord away from heated surfaces.

Do not unplug by pulling or tugging on the cord.
Grasp the plug with dry hands to remove the plug from the outlet. -
Use power cord only in standard outlets. Never use a damaged cord or plug.

Always disconnect the appliance from an electrical outlet when filling with water or emptying.

Close supervision is necessary for any appliance used near children.
-
Burns could occur from touching hot water or steam. Do not turn the appliance upside-down.
There may be hot water in the reservoir.
Elite Travel Steamer is intended for use only on fabrics and should not be used as a cleaning device for other things.
COMPONENTS
HOW TO USE

Make sure the steamer is not plugged in. Twist water reservoir cap clockwise to open the steamer.

USE TAP WATER ONLY, NO ADDITIVES. FILL WATER RESERVOIR TO THE MAXIMUM FILL LINE. DO NOT OVERFILL.

After filling the steamer with water, place the reservoir cap on top of the main unit and twist counter-clockwise aligning arrows on the cap and the base unit.

Plug the power cord into an outlet. Turn the steamer on by pressing the power button.
Power indicator light will go on. -
Allow approximately one minute for the main unit to heat up.

Begin using the Travel Steamer, point the steam towards the wrinkled area you want to steam. Then move the steamer up and down, directing the steam to that area. The fabric should be pulled down firmly or held tightly while steaming.

Always hold the steamer in the upright position. NEVER TILT FORWARD OR BACKWARD WHILE STEAMING. YOU CAN EXPERIENCE SERIOUS BURNS.

Do not hold the steam in one spot for a long period of time.
This could cause damage to the wrinkled area and/or can make fabric wet. -
Test a small area before using.

Unplug Elite Travel Steamer when empty. Allow cooling for approximately five (5) minutes before refilling water reservoir with the proper amount of warm tap water. Do not remove cap until has cooled (due to hot water still inside the unit).

When using the Elite Travel Steamer never touch the steam outlet holes until you unplug the unit and allow it to cool down for approximately five (5) minutes.

Turn the steamer of by pressing down the power switch to the “Off” position. Unplug the unit from the electrical outlet.

The unit will take approximately five (5) minutes to cool down. The water inside the reservoir remains hot after the unit is turned off. The water in the reservoir can severely burn skin.

Once the unit has completely cooled down, empty excess water from the reservoir. After emptying, replace the cap, aligning arrows, and store in a cool, dry place.

TO PLUG IN ELITE TRAVEL STEAMER:
- This plug works with any standard 120 V polarized AC outlet.
- Do not use extension cords or outlets with inadequate current-carrying capacity.
- To reduce the risk of electric shock, this product has a polarized plug (with one blade is wider than the other). There is only one way this plug will fit into a polarized outlet. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, try turning the plug over. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install a proper outlet.
STEAMING TIPS:
- Always use the steamer in an up and down motion.
- Never run steamer without water. Do not let it run when dry.
- To remove hard water deposits, we recommend filling the tank with half vinegar and half fresh tap water. Plug in the unit and allow to heat for approximately one minute. Do not let the water come to boil. Let it cool down for at least five minutes. Rinse well with fresh tap water. Repeat this as necessary.
1-Year Limited Warranty
This product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship
under normal use and service for one year from the date of the original
purchase with the receipt. The manufacturer’s obligation shall be limited to
repairing or replacing any part of the product that is defective. Such
warranty shall not apply to damages resulting from accidents, abuse, or
misuse.
