Attaching a Cable

To attach a cable to the Metal Jacket Headphones, follow these steps:

Warranty

Dan Clark Audio offers a 2-year warranty for the Metal Jacket Headphones. The warranty commences on the date of purchase and covers the headphone cable and accessories. The warranty is transferable provided there is documentation of the original purchase that confirms the purchaser bought the headphones in their country of residence. The warranty is void and non-transferable for Gray Market headphones (e.g. international customers purchasing from US resellers and shipping to a friend or freight-forward for export to any country without an authorized reseller). The warranty does not cover damage caused by the owner (such as dismantling the unit, dropping, or damage by failure of electronics) or naturally occurring wear to ear pads. Acts of God and other usual caveats apply, reinforcing that a warranty issue is only valid if there was something intrinsically wrong with the product received from our suppliers or if Dan Clark Audio made an error. We will repair or replace defective goods at our discretion.
