Pedal Installation Points

  1. Please distinguish the left and right pedals according to the marks on the pedals.

  2. Please align the threads of the pedal and crank, install the left pedal counterclockwise and install the right pedal clockwise by hand, and tighten with a wrench.

  3. It’s important not to ride the bike standing up.
    Before each use, ensure the pedal is securely locked using a wrench.

  4. If your bike contains anaerobic glue, apply it to the pedal and crank joint, install the pedal and tighten it completely, and wait 24 hours for the anaerobic glue to dry completely before riding the bike.

  5. If your crank thread is damaged and the pedal cannot be tightened again, please feel free to send us a picture of the thread of the crank and pedal.

LCD Monitor Connection Points

  1. Unscrew the two screws on the back of the monitor, place the monitor on the armrest, and tighten the screws. The monitor requires two 1.5V, AAA batteries.
  2. connecting the two heart rate wires on the back of the monitor to the 2 wires on the armrest. When you place your hands on the heart rate tablets at either end of the armrest for a few seconds, the heart rate will be displayed at the P position of the monitor.
  3. Attach the speed wire tied to the connection elbow to the card slot and connect to the speed hole on the back of the monitor. If the speed wire is not connected, the monitor will only show 0.
  4. Press the button to switch modes, and when “SCAN” appears in the upper left, the monitor will scan automatically. Holding the button will reset the data.
  5. When you stop riding for 4 minutes, the monitor will automatically turn off. Here are 2 reference images.

Fold and unfold Points

Simple way to install the PIN in the middle of the bike:

  1. When the bike is unfolded, please lift the rear handrail to lift the rear foot tube off the ground, and then insert the PIN; The PIN passes through a total of four holes, including two on the outer edges and two on the bike’s main frame.
  2. When the bike is folded, please lift the front handrail to lift the front foot tube off the ground and insert the PIN. The PIN passes through a total of four holes, including two on the inner edges and two on the bike’s main frame.
  3. Please ensure that the bike is fully expanded when riding. If you are over 4’11” in height and still find it difficult to get on the bike, it’s likely that the bike hasn’t been fully expanded. Please check the placement of the PIN.

How to get on the bike easily?

Folding exercise bike due to its own structural design, so the distance between the armrest and the cushion is closer than the ordinary exercise bike. If you have had knee surgery and can’t lift your legs, you can put a small chair next to your bike to help you get on.

  1. It is recommended to wear sneakers when riding;
  2. When riding with your hand on the front armrest, you can sit slightly forward of the seat cushion. (you do not need to lean against the back when holding the front armrest);
  3. When riding in a semi-lying position, hold the rear armrest, which allows you to comfortably lean against the backrest;

The cushion isn’t comfortable enough?

The exercise needs to be gradual, and it is recommended that you ride for no more than 1 hour at a time. If you still find the cushion too hard, you can purchase a soft cushion cover to enhance the riding experience.
This is the approximate size of our cushion. The cushion cover you purchase should be larger than the cushion size.
