Assembly Instructions:
- Step 1:
- Assemble the leg frame using the cross bars A and B. Secure them with the M6 hex nuts.
- Step 2:
- Attach the elevating rod with inclination adjustment to the leg frame. Use the M6 hex nuts to secure it.
- Step 3:
- Attach the workbench top with a sliding bar to the elevating rod. Use the M6 hex nuts to secure it.
- Step 4:
- Attach the height adjustment knobs to the leg frame. Use the M6 safety hex nuts to secure them.
- Step 5:
- Attach the paddle and elevating swing bar to the workbench top. Use the small clamps to secure them.
- Step 6:
- Attach the large clamps to the workbench top. Use the M6 hex nuts, safety hex nuts, and washers to secure them.
Product Usage Instructions
Height Adjustment:
- Make sure that the height-fixing knobs are tight before using the workbench.
- Adjust the height of the workbench by selecting one of the seven available levels.
Inclination Angle Adjustment:
- Make sure that the inclination adjustment knobs are tight before using the workbench.
- Use the pre-set guide holes to adjust the inclination angle of the workbench. There are four levels available.
Bench Top Adjustment:

Safety instructions
- Check the contents and make sure that all components are included and undamaged.
- Remove all plastic bags and packing material and safely eliminate them.
- Keep the user’s manual for future reference.
- Before using the device, check that all screws and nuts are tight.
- Do not climb onto the workbench, do not use it as a ladder or tray.
- Never exceed the capacity of the workbench. The maximum capacity of the workbench is 100 kg.
- Make sure that the workbench is placed on a firm and stable surface before using it.
- Do not use the workbench in case the case, plate, height adjusting mechanism, or inclination mechanism is damaged.
- Never place hot tools directly onto the surface of the workbench.
- Always make sure that all adjustable components (height, inclination) are quick-locked before using the workbench.
- Do not work on parts that are more than 10 cm away from the border of the surface.
- Distribute the weight of the charge evenly on the surface of the workbench. Any uneven weight distribution might lead to the workbench tipping over.

Assembly instructions
- Make sure that you have all the necessary components, then lay them out in a tidy assembly area.
- Open both legs (3) and fix the two B cross bars (5) to the back legs with the M6×40 hex bolts (11), M6 hex nuts (13), and M6 washers (16) through the pre-drilled holes using the 10 mm wrench. Attach the paddle (7) to the front side using the same method.
- Remove the pre-attached M8 safety nuts from the bottom of the two swing rods using a 13 mm wrench. Attach the elevating swing bar (8) to the swing rods and re-place the M8 safety nuts. Tighten the two top nuts and the two safety nuts on the elevating swing bar.
- Attach the A crossbar (4) to the two elevating rods (2) with M6×35 hex bolts (12), M6 hex nuts (13), and M6 washers (16). Make sure that the seven pre-drilled holes on both elevating rods are on the same side and that the adjusting knobs are on the outside of the assembly.
- Pull the elevating swing bar backwards and insert the elevating rod assembly into the frame tubes ensuring that the latches on the swing rods fit into the holes on the elevating rods.
- Attach the height fixing knobs (6) to the two legs and tighten them.
- Lay the workbench top (1) onto the top of the elevating rod assembly. Ensure the frame of the bench top sits outside the tops of the legs. Attach the plate using M6×10 hex bolts (14), M6 safety hex nuts (15), and M6 washers (16).
- Large clamps (9) can now be inserted into the upper notches. Pull the large clamp (9) upwards and turn it around to adjust its angle as required.
- Small clamps (10) can be inserted into the side notches as required.
Features
Height adjustment (seven levels)
- Turn the height adjustment knobs counter-clockwise on each leg to loosen (Fig. 1).
- Pull the elevating swing bar back with your foot to disengage the two hooks and adjust the height of the bench upwards (Fig. 2) or downwards (Fig. 3).
- Use the elevating swing bar to ensure that the two hooks are re-engaged into the two holes of the elevating rod adjustment.
- Turn the height fixing knobs clockwise on each leg to tighten (Fig. 4).
Note! Make sure that the height-fixing knobs are tight before using the workbench.
Adjustment of the inclination angle
(Four levels)
- For normal use, the bench top is set to a horizontal position; however, the top can also be adjusted to 25°, 50°, and 80°.
- Make sure that the inclination adjustment knobs are completely unscrewed.
- Push the two adjustment knobs in simultaneously and tilt the bench top until the knobs engage into the next set of pre-set guide holes (Fig. 5).
- Turn the inclination adjustment knobs clockwise to tighten the bench top and hold the desired position.
Note! Make sure that the inclination adjustment knobs are tight before using the workbench. Use the pre-set guide holes only.
Benchtop adjustment
- To adjust the bench top, pull up both levers on each sliding bar and slide forward or backward as desired (Fig. 6).
- Make sure that the mechanism is securely engaged in the holes in both sliding bars.
