Usage Instructions
Remote Unlocking
- Download and install the Smart Life App on your smartphone or tablet
- Connect the Philips DDL303-VP-5HWS smart video door lock to your Wi-Fi network following the provided instructions.
- Open the Smart Life App and log in with your account credentials.
- In the app, select the Philips DDL303-VP-5HWS device from the list of connected devices.
- On the device screen, you will see an option to remotely unlock the door. Tap on it to grant access to visitors.
Temporary PIN Code Unlock
- On the keypad of the Philips DDL303-VP-5HWS smart door lock, enter any random number combination of up to 20 digits.
- Include the valid PIN code within the combination.
- If the entered combination matches the valid PIN code, the door will unlock.
Indoor Quick Opening
