The AILE X5 blood pressure monitor is a device used to measure blood pressure. It features a time setting function that allows users to set the date and time for accurate measurement and record keeping. Product Usage Instructions
Time Setting
- Install the battery. Note: Each time you change the battery, the time will reset to zero and need to be reset.
- Press and hold the SET button for 3 seconds. The year will appear in the top right corner, flashing. Be careful not to press any other keys before pressing SET.
- Press the MEM button and press the flashing year to adjust it to the current year. Note: If you press MEM more than once, the number cannot be adjusted downwards. In such cases, you can reinstall the battery and start adjusting the time again.
- Once the year is set, press SET again to set the month.
- Press SET and the month will start flashing. Use the MEM button to adjust it to the current month.
- After setting the month, press SET again to set the date.
- Press SET and the date will start flashing. Use the MEM button to adjust it to the current date.
- Press SET again to set the hour.
- Press SET and the hour will start flashing. Use the MEM button to adjust it to the current hour.
- Press SET again to set the minutes.
- Press SET and the minutes will start flashing. Use the MEM button to adjust it to the current minutes.
- Finally, press the SET button to confirm and save the year, month, and time settings.
Note: The time needs to be reset after each battery change.
Blood Pressure Measurement
Once the time is set, you can proceed with blood pressure measurement using
the following steps:
- Make sure the cuff is properly positioned on your upper arm.
- Sit in a comfortable position with your back supported and feet flat on the ground.
- Press the START button to initiate the blood pressure measurement.
- Remain still and avoid talking or moving during the measurement process.
- Wait for the monitor to display your blood pressure readings.
- Record the measurements if desired. The time stamp for each measurement is automatically recorded.

- Press the SET button and the year, month and time are all set. The blood pressure can be measured by pressing the “START” button. The time stamp is automatically recorded for each measurement.
