Smart Pet Treats Feeder(Wifi)

Please read the manual carefully before using the feeder

Reminder

Every time you attach the food bowl to the feeder, please press the manual feeding button once.
This will rotate the food bowl to its starting position.

Cautions

1. The feeder operates using a DC 5V power adapter.
2. The feeder features touch-sensitive buttons. Please avoid applying excessive pressure.
3. The feeder is powered by three D size batteries. Please refrain from using rechargeable batteries.
4. The food bowl is detachable for cleaning purposes. Avoid using corrosive cleaning agents. After cleaning, ensure the bowl is dry before reinstalling.
5. The electronic components within the feeder’s base should not be submerged in water. To clean, gently wipe with a damp cloth.
6. Ensure close supervision of children when using the feeder.
7. Do not invert the appliance when food is inside.
8. Avoid exposing the feeder to direct sunlight or prolonged high temperatures.
9. If the device malfunctions or sustains damage, refrain from attempting personal repairs. Contact us for assistance.
10. Prior to sealing the cover, position the food tray correctly and ensure no foreign objects are present. If any, remove them before closing.
11. Ensure food does not exceed the surface level of the food bowl.
12. Before embarking on extended trips, check the battery level or consider replacing with a fresh battery.
13. Before connecting to a power source, ensure there’s no water in or around the device to prevent potential hazards.

Instructions

1. Connect the DC 5V power cord to the feeder and plug the adapter into an electrical outlet.

2. For portable use or in case of a power outage, the battery compartment accommodates 3 D size batteries.
   (Note: Batteries are not included with the product.)

3. When the blue indicator light illuminates, it indicates that the device is powered on.

• Hold both sides of the cover and turn right, when the mark on feeder cover meet the mark on feeder bottom means open the cover.

• Hold both sides of the cover and turn left, when the mark on feeder cover meet the mark on feeder b bottom I means close the cover.

• After removing the cover, take out the food bowl and place it in the ice box. (Ensure the ice box has been pre-chilled in the refrigerator before use).

• Once cooled, reinstall the food bowl and proceed to set your feeding plan.

Indicator Light Description

• Fast Flashing: Flashes twice every second – Indicates WiFi configuration mode.
• Slow Flashing: Flashes once every 3 seconds – Indicates hotspot distribution network mode.
• Steady On: Indicates successful network connection.
• Mode Switching: Press and hold for 7 seconds.
• Flashing: Indicates abnormal detection of the limit switch.
• Steady Light: Powered by battery.
• Key Lock/Unlock: Flashes twice.
• Mode Switching: Press and hold for 7 seconds.

Button Function

Recording Instructions

• To Record: Press and hold the “record button” for 5 seconds until you hear a “di” sound to start recording. The feeder supports recordings up to 10 seconds in length.
• To Stop Recording: Press the “record button” again. You’ll hear a “didi” sound indicating that the recording has been saved.
• To Play Recording: Short press the “record button”.
• To Overwrite Recording: If unsatisfied with a recording, repeat the steps above to create a new one, which will overwrite the previous recording.

Feeding, Locking, and Unlocking Instructions:

• To Feed: Short press the feeding button for one portion. The recording will play simultaneously.

• To Lock the Feeder: Long press the feeding button for 10 seconds. The red indicator light will fiash twice, indicating the feeder is locked.

• To Unlock the Feeder: Long press the feeding button for 10 seconds. When the red indicator light flashes twice quickly, the feeder is unlocked.
  Factory Reset in Locked State: In the locked state, press and hold the “RESET Button” to restore factory settings.

• In Locked State Restrictions: When the feeder is locked, the record and feed buttons cannot be used.

Network Mode and Reset Instructions:

• Default Mode: By default, the blue indicator light flashes quickly, indicating the WiFi quick connection add mode.
• To Switch to Hotspot Mode: Press and hold the network distribution mode switch/reset button for 7 seconds until you hear the “di didi” sound. The red/blue indicator lights will remain lit for 6 seconds and then switch to slow flashes, indicating the AP hotspot addition mode.
• Factory Reset in Network Configuration State: Press and hold the button for 7 seconds. Upon hearing the “di didi” sound, and seeing the red/blue indicator lights on for 6 seconds, the device will reset to factory settings.

Operation Steps

1. Download the “Smart Life” App from your respective app store. Register for an account and sign in. 0

2. the WIFI pet feeder. Noted loaded, click
   

3. Enter your WIFI name and password (avoid special symbols).

4. Wait while the app establishes a connection to your network.

5. Once connected, 05 proceed to the next step. After successful

6. addition, assign a unique name to your pet feeder.
   

7. Navigate to the main interface. Choose to: Manually feed your pet. Or set a feeding schedule based on your pet’s needs.

8. Click on “feeding plan” to establish a timed feeding schedule for your pet.

9. Adjust the time and portions according to your pet’s dietary needs.

10. Choose to set the feeding schedule for every day or specific days (Monday to Sunday).

11. After configuring, click “save” to finalize the feeding plan.

12. Navigate to the main interface of the app. Then tap the settings icon located in the upper right corner.
    

13. Within the settings menu, select “Share Device”.

14. Add and link accounts. Note: An account can be added as a family member only after linking.

Battery Usage and Safety

1. Battery Compatibility: The feeder is designed to operate with three D size batteries. Installing Batteries:  Ensure you align the batteries according to the positive and negative polarity indicators inside the battery compartment.
2. Replacing Batteries: Disconnect the feeder from power before
3. replacing old batteries.
4. Disposal of Feeder: Remove all batteries from the feeder prior to discarding it.
5. Battery Removal: Always power off the feeder before removing batteries.
6. Battery Disposal: To prevent environmental pollution, dispose of used batteries at designated collection Long-term points, Storage: adhering to local regulations.
7. If the feeder won’t be in use for an extended period, remove the batteries. In the event of battery leakage, clean the battery compartment immediately and dispose of the leaking battery at a specialized collection point.

Troubleshooting & Device Setup

1. Device Discovery Issues: If your mobile phone can’t automatically discover the device, ensure your phone’s Bluetooth and location services are turned on and have the necessary permissions.

6. WiFi Setup Recommendations:
7. CD The WiFi name and password should consist of English letters and characters, limited to a maximum of 12 digits.
8. It’s advisable to use a combination of numbers and letters for  added security.
   Note : The device doesn’t support 5G WiFi signals. Please connect to a 2.4G WiFi signal.
