Product Overview
The smart switch products are designed for controlling lighting, fans, curtains, and other electrical equipment. With the mobile phone app, you can remotely control the switches of lamps and appliances in your home, without being limited by geographical space. The smart switch can be combined with Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, and other smart speakers for voice control. It can also be connected with various sensors to easily achieve home automation.
Installation Notice

Turn off the power
Before installation, turn off the power and use electrical test equipment
to make sure the power is off.
Wiring
Refer to the wiring diagram for the specific type of installation:

Remove Panel
Pry up the panel using a flathead screwdriver or switch base.
Power on
Turn on the circuit breaker to ensure that the power supply is normally
energized.
APP Operation
Download the app
Scan the QR code provided in the user manual to download the app for iOS or
Android devices. Note that the WiFi version only supports 802.11 b/g/n 2.4GHz
Wi-Fi signal. 5GHz is not supported. Zigbee/BLE MESH Gateway is required for
Zigbee/BLE MESH switch.
Register and log in
Register an account using your mobile phone number or email. Once
registered, enter your account password to proceed. Some third-party accounts
may also be supported for direct login.
Zigbee Network Configuration
If you are using the Zigbee switch, follow these steps to configure the
Zigbee network:
- Add gateway: The Zigbee switch must be used together with the Zigbee 3.0 gateway, which needs to be purchased separately. If you already have a Zigbee smart gateway, skip this step and proceed to step 4.
- Make sure the ZigBee gateway is online and put the device into quick configuration mode.
- Open the smart life application and find the device to be added in the Smart life app. Alternatively, click the + icon in the upper right corner to enter the add device interface and select the corresponding product to add.

Before installation, please confirm that the main switch of the household
power supply is closed. The installation process of this product involves
strong electricity. Please follow each step carefully. Please hire a qualified
electrician to follow the code of electrical codes to ensure that all work
complies with local national regulations to avoid personal injury or property
damage or loss.

Remove Panel
Pry it up with a flathead screwdriver switch base -
Install panel
Attach the switch panel to the bottom plate and press it tightly, and the installation is complete. -

Turn on the circuit breaker again to ensure that the power supply is normally energized

Scan the QR code to download the app for iOS or Android.

If you already have a Zigbee smart gateway, please ignore the gateway networking steps and go directly to step 4 to add products

Before adding the gateway, make sure the ZigBee gateway is online and put the device into quick configuration mode

Open the smart life application, and find the device to be added in the “Smart life ” APP; (You can also click the “+” icon in the upper right corner to enter the add device interface and select the corresponding product to add)

Please turn on the device and confirm that the light is blinking quickly, select Wi-Fi and enter the password, then click Next

If the indicator light is not flashing quickly, please press and hold the first button for 6 seconds, and the indicator light will flash quickly
4. Add devices, wait for device search for 1-3 minutes, click “Done” to complete the process.

Note: If you cannot add devices, please move the gateway closer to a place where the router signal is better
- After successfully connecting to the network, you will see the smart gateway page, the list of required devices, and then select “Add Devices” to enter the setup mode. Then click “Add New Devices”

- Long press the smart switch for 6 seconds, confirm that the indicator light flashes quickly, and wait for the device to search for 1-3 minutes. After the device is added successfully, click “Done”

- Please turn on the device and confirm that the indicator light is blinking rapidly, select Wi-Fi and enter the password, then click OK.

Common Problem

The switch is not powered?
Smart switch products need Neutral line power supply. If there is no neutral line at the installation site, the smart switch will not work. -
Can’t connect to APP?
Please make sure that the mobile phone and the device (gateway) are in the same WI-Fi network.Enter the pairing mode after powering on the device to ensure that the device has a good signal to support communication. -
How far can it be controlled?
Please ensure that the distance between this product and the Wi-Fi router or gateway does not exceed 25 meters.If a partition wall is used, the material and thickness of the wall will vary. According to actual condition, users can consider adjusting the location of Wi-Fi routers or gateways or adding Wi-Fi routers or gateways, to ensure normal product communication. -
Will the smart switch work if the network is disconnected?
In the case of network disconnection, the status light will flash. At this point, all APP controls, smart settings, and other network functions will be disabled.However, local control will not be affected.
