Q1: How to oil the chain?

A1: It is recommended to oil the chain before/after each use. Add a few drops and run the chainsaw at idle to distribute the oil evenly. Any oil works if you run out. Keep chain lubricated for optimal performance.

Q2: How do you know when charging is complete?

A2: The Red light signals charging status; Green light signals charging completion.

Q3: How to know battery capacity indicator?

A3: 3 Green LED indicators show the power left as 30%-60%-100%,only 1 Green LED prompts you to charge.

Q4: Where can I get a charger/battery?

Q5: How long the battery last and how long it takes to fully charge it?

A5: It depends on the usage scenario and working time. In gener/ al, one battery can last about 30 minutes under continuous use. It takes about 1.5 hours to fully charge it when the battery is com/ pletely dead.

  • Provide for good footing at all times when operating the power tool, especially when using it on steps or ladders, Slippery or unstable surfaces can cause you to lose your balance or control over the power tool.
  • When working with the machine, always hold it firmly with both hands and provide for a secure stance. The power tool is guided more secure with both hands.
