CH-11 Bluetooth Locator
Work with Apple Find My
To use the Apple Find My app to locate this item, the latest version of iOS,
iPadOS, or macOS is recommended.
The Find Items app on Apple Watch requires the latest version of watchOS.
Major Functions:
Attach the locator to the item that needs protection (such as keychain, bag, etc.).
- By using the Apple Find My app, you can find your Chiheng tag from your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac. Simply open the Apple Find My app, click on the corresponding item, and you will see the location of the locator. Use the map guide to find it.
- Even if it is left in a place far away from you, you can also enable the lost mode to lock the location of the item and use the map guide to find it since Apple device are widely used.
- In addition, if your locator leaves the range of your Apple device, you will receive an alarm notification. This can help you timely discover the lost items and avoid further losses.
- Usage and Battery Replacement: The locator has a built-in CR2032 cell battery, which can usually last for 1 year. Battery replacement is very easy, using a rocker, from the back of the positioner, open the back cover along the back cover gap, a new CR2032 cell battery can be replaced.

Locate Button:

Turn On: Press the button of the locator once, and when the locator makes a sound of “Di Didi Didi’. Currently, the locator is turned on successfully and enters the pairing state.

SN# check: In the power-on state, double-click the button, and the locator will make a “beep” sound, which can be used to confirm whether the locator is working properly. At this moment, the unique serial number embedded in the locator can also be queried, which can help locate the owner of the item through the Apple Find My app and provide contact information to return the lost item to its rightful owner.

Turn Off:
a) Press and hold the button of locator for 3 seconds, and it will play the confirmation sound “Didi” , and then release the button.
b) At this moment, the locator is turned off.
c) After turning off, the locator cannot be used as a bound device, playing sound, and etc. It cannot protect your things. -
Restoring the factory settings
a) Click the button 5 times in a row, when the 5th time is pressed, don’t release the button, and keep pressing the button for 3 seconds at least, a beeping “Di Dididididi” will be played by buzzer. Release the button after confirming the sound effect (the above operation needs to be completed within 5 seconds).
b) Restoring the locator to factory settings, please remember to do the “Remove Item” operation on the Apple Find My app. Only after removed the item, the locator that has been restored to factory settings can be bound to your own or someone else’s Apple device again.
User Manual:

Use the locator, need an Apple device (such as iPhone), turn on the Bluetooth function, and log into iCloud account, in “Settings” – “Apple ID” – enable “Share My Location” in the Apple Find My app.

Bind device:
a) Open the Find My app on your Apple device.
b) Hold the locator close to your Apple device when the locator powers on and not be bound by others.
c) elect “Items”, click “+” and select “Add Other item”.
d) the Apple Find My app will start looking for your locator. After finding, please follow the prompts to complete the configuration and name the locator.
e) Put the locator to the item that needs to be protected (such as keys, bags, etc.). -
Important: When the network signal is lost, the device binding failure will occur. In the process of binding the locator, the Apple Find My app need to connect to the cloud server to register the locator. If the binding fails, please check Wi-Fi and cellular signal or switch Wi-Fi and cellular signal network.

Enable “Lost Mode’:
a) Open the Apple Find My app, tap the “Item”, select the name of the device to be found in the item list and click to enter the information page of the device.
b) Find “Lost Mode”, click “Enable”. Follow the on-screen instructions and click “Continue *.
c) Enter a phone number or select “Use an email address” and enter an email address.
d) = Click “Activate” in the upper right corner, and after checking the information, click “Enable” in the upper right corner. -
Remove Item
a) Open the Apple Find My app, tap the “Item”, select the name of the device to be found in the item list and click to enter the information page of the device.
b) Swipe up the information page to the bottom, Click the “Remove Item” to enter the remove item page.
c) Click the “Remove” button at the bottom, according to the prompt, Confirm and click Remove”. At this time, Find My app ication will exchange and confirm data with the cloud server.
d) After successful removal. the nformation of the removed device will disappear from the tem ist, At the same time, the corresponding ocator will make a sound of “Di Didi Di Di Di Di”.
