Getting Started Guide to your oliso· mini project iron™
Follow these steps to press successfully with your mini project iron™ !
Dial position
If you are leaving your iron in a resting position, leave it on setting 1 or 2 (not 3!). Only dial it up when you need maximum heat. No one needs for the mini iron to get all hot and bothered!

RESTING
- settings temperature + fabric
- OFF —-
- low temp (synthetic)
- medium temp (wool + silk)
- high temp (linen + cotton)
fabric selector
Turn the temperature + fabric selector to desired setting.
Steamy
If you want steam for ironing, fill the tank with water. Next, set the dial to 2 or 3, wait until the steam buttons glow white, and you’re good to go! See page 5 of your owner’s manual for more details …
one-press burst of steam
- Place the iron a few inches away from the garment to avoid damaging delicate fabrics and press the steam buttons once.

- Repeatedly press steam buttons for a series of steam bursts from the soleplate.
Hold Tight!
Proper hand positioning is important with your mini iron because this iron gets way hotter at the hottest setting than other tiny irons! See the diagram to the left for proper hand placement and happy fingers!

Storage
dual-purpose solemate™ Note that the two sides of your solemate™ are different. One side is for resting the mini iron on your board when you’re not using it to keep things from getting too hot and steamy! The other side is for proper storage of your mini when it’s not in use.
