Precautions
On power
- DC 5.0V: when charged using USB.
- Rated current consumption: 1A.
On handling
- Do not leave the unit in a location near heat sources, or a place subject to direct sunlight, excessive dust, or mechanical shock.
- Should any solid object or liquid fall into the unit, remove the battery and have the unit checked by qualified personnel before operating it any further.
- When using your recorder, remember to follow the precautions below to avoid warping the cabinet or causing the recorder to malfunction.
- Do not sit down with the recorder in your back pocket.
- Do not put your recorder into a bag with the headphones/earphones cord wrapped around it and subject the bag to strong impact.
The unit is NOT waterproof. Be careful not to allow water to splash on the unit in the following circumstances:
- When you use the unit in an environment where the unit is exposed to rain, snow, or humidity.
- In circumstances where you get sweaty. If you touch the unit with wet hands or if you put the unit in the pocket of sweaty clothes, the unit may get wet.
While listening
- Listening to this unit at a high volume may affect your hearing.
- For traffic safety, do not use this unit while driving or cycling.
- Do not use this unit at a place where the inability to hear surrounding sounds may present a danger. You may feel pain in your ears if you use the headphones when the ambient air is very dry.
This is not because of a malfunction of the headphones, but because of static electricity accumulated in your body. You can reduce static electricity by wearing non-synthetic clothes that prevent the emergence of static electricity.
Do not place this product close to medical devices.
This product (including accessories) has a magnet(s) that may interfere

OPERATIONS
Thanks for using our digital voice recorder!
Please read this manual carefully before using this product. It will help you
to operate the product freely.
Power On/Off
Hold the power button for 3 seconds to power on or off the unit.
N ote: The recorder will show a backlight after 1 minute of no
applications and will power off automatically if inactive and no applications
operating backstage for 5 min. This can be re-set in the ‘Settings’.
Charging the Device
To charge the device:
- Connect the USB Type-C cord included in the package to the recorder.
- Plug the USB connector into an adapter or computer for charging.
Battery Status
- When the battery is about to be less than 5%, the battery bar on the right corner will turn red, please charge immediately to avoid inconvenience.
- The charging bar will move when charging, when it reaches full capacity and stops moving, the charging is complete.
One-key Record Button
The one-key record button allows for easy recording and file-saving operations:

Slide up the button on the side to record and down to save files.
Note : you can activate the unit to record even if the recorder has been powered off. -
The recording will start automatically when sliding up the button. Pressing the play/pause button will stop the recording, and a red dot will appear in the middle of the screen.

To save the recording, slide down the one-key button. You will be directed to the recorded file section, where you can access the newly recorded sound.
Listening to Recordings
- Go to the home page and use the select button to locate ‘Recorder’
- Select ‘Recording Library’ and locate your desired files
Deleting Files
- Navigate to the ‘Folder’ section and find the file you wish to delete.
- Press the ‘back’ button until the “Delete files?” appears and wait for your confirmation.
Notice : The file cannot be recovered if you delete it.
Adjust the Volume
Use the “+” and “-” buttons on the side of the recorder.
THE HOME MENU
- Power on the unit to the home menu. if you wish to go back to the home menu from the sub-menu, please the back button located on the left side of the unit.
- The HOME menu items are aligned as follows:
- Select your desire function from the following:
Music| You can select and play one of the files you have imported from the
computer. To locate a music file, go to ‘All songs’, ‘Last played’ ‘Artists’,
‘Albums’, or ‘Favorite’. When importing_ _music files, make sure you import
them into the music folder.

Recorder| ’Recordings library’ select here to play one of the files you have
recorded with your recorder.
‘Recording bit rate’ You may get your recording bit rate sets here from
3072kbps to 1536kbps and 512kbps
‘Recording Scene’ Enhance recording quality by selecting the appropriate
recording scene as an interview, meeting, station, or teaching.
‘Recording segment’, you may choose the length of each recording from 30,60 to
90 minutes. Once it reaches limits, the recordings will stop and start a new
file.
| ‘Noise control switch’ is available here to adjust to your needs.

‘Voice-activated recording’ can be activated or shut down here, when turned
on, the recorder will record when the voice level is reaching 60-65dB.
‘Recording monitoring’ enables you to listen while recording, simply turn on
this feature and insert your earphones before recording.
‘Timing Record’ To set a specific time for the recorder to start recording.
Ensure the device is powered on and sufficiently charged.
Folder| In here, you may check all the files you imputed from your computer
and delete the files not in need.
Bluetooth| 1. Turn on Bluetooth and click ‘Available Devices’ to search for
nearby devices. Make sure the desired device is powered on and within range.
2. Once the connected sign appears on the unit screen alongside the detected devices, you can use your Bluetooth media to enjoy recordings or music.
Settings| ‘Languages’ are available in 6
‘Date & time’ are adjustable here.
‘Brightness’ is also manageable here.
‘Backlight Timer’, you may select if you want your recorder to be always on or
down after a few minutes of not operating.
‘Idle shutdown’, you can set your recorder to be automatically power off when
not in use, the max. timer is 60 minutes.
‘Information’, in here you may check your model’s name & storage usage
situation. System files will not take up any the spaces of your built-in
memory card in this model α10.
‘Factory Settings’, in here, you can change everything back to what it’s like
to be delivered to you, it will not affect the files in
your recorder, the changes only affect the settings of your
recorder. |

Use the ‘Update Playlist’ feature to refresh/update the system and resolve any
issues with the playlist.
Secure your files by setting a power-on password for the
recorder. The initial password is 9999. Please notice
that you need to shut down the unit once you finish setting the password to activate this function.
The unit will be automatically locked whenever the unit has been shut down, please refer to our product detail page for a video on password setting details.
Sub menu and operation
To navigate the submenu of the voice recorder, follow these steps:
- Use the select “˄” or “˅” buttons to browse the main interface.
- Press the enter button “◎” to enter the subdirectory.
- Press the back button to return to the main interface.
Repeat Mode (A-B repeat)
While playing,
- Press and hold the select “◎” button until the ‘A-B’ icon turns green, this means you enter the start point (A point) of this A-B loop.
- Release the button and wait till the progress bar runs to the end point (B point) where you wanted then to press “◎” again until the ‘A-B’ icon turns orange, release the button and you will get the A-B loop.
- To revert to normal settings, simply press the “◎” button until the ‘A-B’ icon turns white, like the rest of the icons.

Connect to PC
- Connect your recorder to your PC using the USB cable we offered.
- The file will show up in your computer in ‘devices and drives‘ or your desktop, please use ‘Eject [USB Drive]’ to safely remove the hardware, and then physically remove it from the USB port.
TROUBLESHOOT
The machine cannot boot| please check whether the battery is exhausted and try
again after charging.

Cannot hear the sound through earphone/ headset| ● Please check
whether the volume is set to zero.
●Please check whether the headset is properly inserted into the headphone jack.
●Please check if the earphone/headset can work properly with your other devices.
●Try using the ‘update the playlist’ in the settings to refresh.
Serious noise| ● Please check whether the headset plug is clean. Dirt can cause noise.
●Please check whether the music file is damaged. If the music file is damaged, it may cause serious noise or skips. Try to play another music files.

Cannot download files| ● Please make sure the player and computer are
