* There is a slope switch on the product side. In MODE 2, if you turn it on (the light is on), the screen will display both slope and distance; if you turn it off, the screen will not display the slope.
* When the slope is positive, it’s recommended that the hitting distance should be greater than the actual distance;
* when the slope is negative, it’s recommended that the hitting distance should be less than the actual distance.
- MODE 3: Speed Measurement Mode
1. Press to turn on and then press to switch to MODE 3 (M3 will appear on the display).
2. Select the target object and aim the target indicator at the target object.

Notes:
- Do not choose a transparent measuring surface, such as transparent glass, water surface, and so on.
- The IR system does NOT work through glass or windows because IR beams will reflect.
- Please select the object whose measuring distance is more than 5 yards when using.
- When the battery power is too low, it should be charged in time, otherwise, it will increase the range error; if it is not used for a long time, the power should be turned off.
- When the device is without power, it is a precise optical telescope, which can observe the object through the eyepiece. When the observation is blurred, the visibility can be adjusted by rotating the eyepiece to obtain a clear view.
- The ranging scope from 5 yards to 1200 yards depends on the MODE you select, the size and the nature of the target object and the weather conditions.
Maintenance tips
- Do not use your fingers on the lens surface to avoid damage to the lens surface film.
- The ranging telescope telescope is accurately by the instrument. Do not disassemble it at will. If there is damage, it should be sent to the special department for maintenance.
- When the exposed glass lens is stained, please wipe it with a light mesh of the flannelette. Do not wipe it with other objects so as not to damage the surface film of the optical glass.
- When carrying or using, avoid collision or heavy pressure, let alone baking or corrosion.
- When storage should pay attention to moisture-proof, should be stored in a dry, cool and ventilated place, prevent direct sunlight, and avoid dust and temperature mutation.
- If the rainy weather affects the laser round-trip time, it may lead to an increase in measurement error. When the rain and fog weather is very serious, it will lead to the deviation of the laser’s round-trip trajectory in the air and even the error of the measured value.
Safety Cautions
- Please do not stare at the emitter hole when emitting the laser.
- Through this instrument, the sun may cause permanent damage to the eyes!
- Do not point this instrument directly at the sun to avoid permanent damage to internal tissue.
- Avoid direct sunlight on the eyepiece.
- Do not place this instrument under extreme temperature conditions beyond the storage temperature of the instrument. (The storage temperature of this instrument is 14~140°F)
