Product Usage Instructions
Setting Up
Insert the nano-SIM cards into your modem
- NOTES: Do not forcibly open the back shell. Failing to do so may cause damage to the back shell.
- WARNING! Your modem only supports the nano-SIM card. You can get a standard nano-SIM card from your service provider.
- Step 1: Open the SIM card cover located on the modem.
- Step 2: Insert the nano-SIM cards into the SIM card slots labeled Nano-SIM 1 and Nano-SIM 2.
- Step 3: Close the SIM card cover securely.
Connect the modem to your computer or laptop
To connect the modem to your computer or laptop, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Locate the Type-C connector on the modem.
- Step 2: Connect one end of the USB3.1 Type C To Type C USB Data Cable to the Type-C connector on the modem.
- Step 3: Connect the other end of the USB3.1 Type C To Type C USB Data Cable to a USB port on your computer or laptop.

SIM Card Selection
To select the SIM card for your modem, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Launch the Internet browser and enter http://192.168.1.1 in the address bar.
- Step 2: Click the password area, enter the password 12345678, and then click Log In. The provided models SIM1 is on and SIM2 is off.
- Step 3: Click Advanced – SIM Setting.
- Step 4: Click Change SIM choice area.
- Step 5: Select SIM from Change SIM.
- Step 6: Select SIM2 from the list.
- Step 7: Click on save to apply the changes.
Safety and Use
- If inadequately shielded, some electronic devices may be affected by the electromagnetic interference caused by the dongle, such as vehicles’ electronic systems. Consult the manufacturers of such devices before using the dongle if necessary.
- Operating the dongle may interfere with medical instruments such as hearing aids and pacemakers. Always keep the dongle more than 20 centimeters away from such medical instruments when your dongle is turned on. Turn the dongle off if necessary. - Do not touch the inner antenna area unless it is necessary. Otherwise, the performance of the modem may be affected.
- Keep the dongle out of the reach of children. The dongle may cause an injury if used as a toy.
- When the dongle is operating, do not touch the metallic parts. Failing to do so may cause burns.
- Use original accessories or authorized accessories. Using any unauthorized accessories may affect the performance of the dongle and violate the related national regulations about telecom terminals.
- Avoid using the dongle near or inside metallic structures or establishments that can emit electromagnetic waves, because signal reception may be affected.
- The dongle is not waterproof. Keep the dongle dry and store it in a shady and cool place.
- Do not use the dongle immediately after a sudden temperature change. In such cases, air might be liquified inside and outside the dongle, so do not use it until it becomes dry.
- Handle the dongle carefully. Do not drop, bend or strike it. Otherwise, the dongle may be damaged.
- Only qualified personnel can dismantle and repair the dongle.
- An operating temperature between -20°C and +65°C and humidity between 5% and 95% are recommended.
