Caution
- Please remove the protective film before use; otherwise, the headphones will not be able to charge.
- If the sound becomes slow, please clean the protective grilles of both earbuds.
- If the headphones cannot be charged, please clean the magnet charging contact on the earbud and the charging pin on the charging case with alcohol wipes.
- Choose suitable ear tips & wear correctly to enhance sound quality.
Multi-function Operation
The A11 True Wireless Earbuds feature touch controls for various functions:
- Voice Assistant: Tap L or R earbud thrice to activate Siri or other voice assistance (must be in non-music mode or standby mode).
- Incoming Call: Tap L or R earbud twice to answer a call, tap L or R earbud twice to end a call, long press L or R earbud for 2 seconds to reject a call.
- Music Mode: Tap L or R earbud twice to play or pause music, tap R earbud thrice to play the next track, tap L earbud thrice to play the previous track, long press R earbud for
volume up, long press L earbud for volume down (in single mode, R earbud only supports next song, and L earbud only supports previous song).
How to Charge?
To charge the A11 True Wireless Earbuds, follow these steps:
- Place the earbuds properly into the charging case and close the lid.
- Connect the included USB-C charging cable to the charging case.
- Plug the other end of the cable into a power supply using a 5V/1A adapter (not included).
- The earbuds will start charging.
Note: The USB-C charging cable is included in the white paper box.
The LED power display on the charging case shows the remaining battery percentage from 0 to 100. When the earbud is charging, the LED indicator will flash down and up. The flashing will stop when the earbud is fully charged. The earbud’s LED light will be red when it is being charged and will go off when it is fully charged.
Power On/Off & Pairing
To power on and pair the A11 True Wireless Earbuds, follow these steps:
- Prior to first use (or if not used for a long time), charge both earbuds and the charging case fully.
- Take out the earbuds from the charging case, they will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
- Activate the Bluetooth setting on your phone and search for “A11” to connect.
Note: If the earbuds are not connected to your device for more than 5 minutes, they will power off automatically. If you put the earbuds back into the charging case, they will disconnect and power off automatically.
For Second Time Use
If the headphones have already been connected to your device and the
Bluetooth setting of this device is on, in the second time, using, when you
take them out from the charging case, they will automatically connect with
your device.

How to Charge?
Place the earbuds properly into the charging case and close the lid, then use
the included USB-C charging cable to connect the charging case. Plug the other

LED Power Display
- Show the remaining battery percentage of the charging case from 0 to 100. ‘0’ indicates that the charging case needs charging, while ‘100’ means that the charging case is fully charged.
- Flash down and up when the earbud is charging; Stop flashing when the earbud is fully charged.
Earbud’s LED light: When the red light is on, the earbud is being charged. They go off when the earbud is fully charged.

Prior to first use (or not in use for long time), please charge both earbuds
and charging case fully.
- Take out the earbuds from the charging case, they will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
- For first-time pairing: Activate Bluetooth setting on your phone, search and connect “A11”.

- If the earbuds are not connected to your device over 5 minutes, they will power off automatically.
- Put the earbuds back into the charging case, they will disconnect and power off automatically.
For Second Time Use
If the headphones have already connected with your device, and the Bluetooth
setting of this device is on, in the second time using, when you take out them
from the charging case, they will automatically connect with your device.
Pair With Other Devices
A11 Headphones feature a memory connect function that allows them to
automatically connect with the last paired device. If you wish to pair them
with a different device, please follow these steps:
- Disconnect “A11” from the last paired device.
- On your new device, search for and select “A11” to establish a new connection.
Mono Mode (Only Left/Right Earbud is being Used)
- You can use one earbud alone, and leave another one in the charging case.
- When in Dual mode, put one earbud into the charging case.
- Or only take one earbud out of the charging case, then search & connect “A11” on your device.
Manually Power On/Off
- If the earbud is powered off while outside of the charging case, simply press and hold it for 2s to power it on.
- Disconnect the Bluetooth with your device, press and hold either earbud for 5s, both earbuds will power off simultaneously.
Factory Restore Setting
When should I reset?
- When only one side plays music;
- When you can’t find “A11” on your device;
- When both earbuds fail to pair with each other or occur connection related issues.
How to reset?

Delete “A11” record from the Bluetooth menu on your device and deactivate the Bluetooth setting.

Insert both earbuds into the charging case and close the lid.

Press & hold the Reset button 5s simultaneously to clean the pairing record with the last paired device.
- (* During this period, the LED Power Display will flash 3 times, then get charge again.)
- Now, take A11 earbuds out of the charging case, activate the Bluetooth setting on your device and select “A11” to connect, it should work properly.
Note: If it still doesn’t work, please repeat the steps to try again.
How to sync volume on Android?
- To protect users from potential hearing damage, Android’s limitation max volume is quite low for Bluetooth audio devices. If you feel the volume is too low, please access developer options and enable absolute volume so you’ll be able to max the volume at your own volition and to the full capabilities of your Bluetooth earphones.
