Product Overview

Caution

1. Please remove the protective film before use, otherwise the headphones will not be able to charge.
2. Please clean the magnet charging contact on earbud and charging pin on the charging case with alcohol wipes if the headphones can’t be charged.
3. Please clean the protective grille of both earbuds if the sound becomes low.

How to wear the earbuds correctly?

Insert the earbud into the ear canal, rotate it gently, select a position where the sound hole is aligned with the ear canal.

2. ln single mode, L/R earbud can not control volume.

How to Charge?

To Charge the Earbuds
Please remove the protective film on the earbuds first, and then insert the earbuds correctly into the charging case. The earbuds will automatically start charging.

To Charge the Charging Case USB-C Charging)
Please Use the provided Type-C cable with a 5V/1A adapter (not included) to charge the charging case.

There is a USB-C charging cable in the small black paper box inside the packing box.

(Wireless Charging Supported)
Place the charging case on a wireless charging pad (not included), it will start charging.
We recommend you to use wireless charging pad (not included) with QI certificate.

LED Power Display
Show the remaining battery percentage of charging case from 0-100. “0” means charging case need charging while “100” means the charging case is fully charged.
Flash down and up when earbud is charging; Stop flashing when earbud is fully charged.
Earbud’s LED light: Red light up means “being charged”, Red light go off means “fully charged”.

How to power on/off & pair?

Automatically Power On/Off & Pairing
Please charge the charging case fully when first time use.
Step 1-Open the lid of charging case, two earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
Step 2-For first time pairing: Activate Bluetooth setting on your phone, search and connect “N18”.

For the second time use, when you open the lid of charging case, they will connect to your device automatically.
Step 3-Put the earbuds back into the charging case, then close the lid of the charging case, the earbuds will disconnect & power off automatically.

Manually Power on/off
◉ If the earbuds are out of the charging case and power off, just press & hold them ( both earbuds ) for 2s, they will power on.
◉ Disconnect the bluetooth on your device, press & hold either earbud for 5s, they will flash Red light and both earbuds will power off at the same time.
If the earbuds are not connected to your device over 5 minutes, the earbuds will power off automatically.
Pair with Other Device
If you want to pair N18 Wireless earbuds with a new device, you could:

1. Disconnect “N18” from the last paired device, search and connect “N18” on your new device, it will work properly.
2. You can also press the reset button for 5s to reset the earbuds, then search and connect “N18” on your new device. Mono Mode (Only Left/Right Earbud is being Used) You can use one earbud alone, leave another earbud in the charging case.
   ★ When in Dual mode, put one earbud into the charging case.
   ★ Or only take one earbud out of the charging case, then search & connect “N18” on your device.

Factory Restore Setting

When should I reset?

• When only one side play music.

• When you can’t find “N18” on the device.

• When both earbuds fail to pair with each other or occur connection related issues.
  How to reset？

  1. Delete all “N18” on your phone and deactive the bluetooth setting.
  2. Put the two earbuds in the charging case, keep them in the charging statu.
  3. Long press the Reset Button on the bottom of the charging case for about 5s, the LED display will flash 3 times, which means both earbuds have reset completely.
  4. Now, pick up the earbuds to turn them on, activate the bluetooth setting on your device and select “N18” to connect, it should work properly.
     If not, please put the earbuds back to the charging case and repeat the steps above.

How to sync volume on Android?

To protect users from potential hearing damage, Android’s limit on max volume is quite low for Bluetooth audio devices.
If you feel the volume is too low, please access developer options and enable absolute volume, so you’ll be able to max the volume at your own volition and to the full capabilities of your Bluetooth earphones.
