Operation Guide

Charging

Please fully charge the two batteries with the charging cable and the power adapter in the bag. According to the tests, it takes two hours and 12 minutes to reach a full charge for two batteries.

Tips:

  • When charging, the indicator on the adapter flashes red. When the indicator turns green, it means the battery is fully charged.
  • When both batteries are being charged via the adapter, the adapter will heat up a bit because it runs at its maximum power.
  • This is normal and safe.

Plugging in

  • First, unzip the pockets on the gloves, and connect the batteries with the DC-IN connectors in the pockets. The power buttons will flash red, blue, and green, and then turn off for self-inspection.
  • Next, insert the batteries into the pockets and adjust them to the proper positions so that your hands will feel comfortable when you are wearing the gloves.

Turning On

  • Press and hold the power button for two seconds on the glove to turn it on. The power button will flash red in a pulsating manner for 15 seconds, indicating that the gloves are activating. After that, the gloves will automatically operate at high heat.
  • Tip: If there is no activity for 10 minutes after turning on, the power button will automatically switch to a solid blue color, indicating that the gloves are now set to medium heat.

Charging

Tips:

  • When the battery power drops too low (only one LED is on), please ensure timely charging of the battery.
  • If the actual battery life of the gloves differs from what is stated here, please understand that it could be influenced by the surrounding temperature. It is not recommended to use gloves when the temperature is below -20°C.

Turning Off

  • Press and hold the power button for two seconds on the glove again to turn it off or directly unplug the battery.

Battery Warnings

  • The battery pack should be discharged once every six months and then charged to half capacity.
  • Only use the provided charger for charging. It is designed for indoor use and should not be exposed to moisture.
  • When the battery pack is not in use, keep it separated from other metal objects such as paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws, and other small metal items.
  • Short-circuiting can result in burns or fire.
  • Do not insert any metal or other objects into the socket or plug as this may damage the product.
  • Do not attempt to open the battery pack. Mishandling lithium-ion batteries can lead to explosions.
  • Damaged battery packs must not be used further and should be disposed of immediately.
  • Do not puncture the battery with a needle or similar object.

Washing Instructions

  • Please remove the batteries and zip the pockets before washing the gloves. If you choose machine washing, please use a laundry bag and select the gentle cycle.
  • When handwashing, avoid forcefully wringing or twisting the gloves. It is recommended to air dry them after washing.
  • It’s not recommended to wash the heated gloves more frequently than once a month.

Why is the heating function not functioning properly?

  • Please ensure that the batteries are fully charged and properly installed in the gloves.
  • Check the battery connection to ensure proper current transmission.
  • The heating effect may be affected in low-temperature environments. It is not recommended to use them when the temperature is below -20°C.

Warranty Conditions

  • A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2 years. If you need repair or other services during the warranty period, contact the product seller directly, you must provide the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase.
