How to Use the Stick Blender

  2. Fill the chopper bowl with food such as meat, cheese, onions, herbs, garlic, carrots, almonds, prunes, etc.
  3. Put the gearbox on the chopper bowl and turn it clockwise until locked.
  4. Attach the motor unit onto the gearbox and plug it in.
  5. Press the switch to operate the chopper. During processing, hold the motor unit with one hand and the chopper bowl with the other.
  6. After use, unplug it and remove the motor unit from the gearbox, then remove the gearbox.
  7. Carefully take out the blade, handling it with care as it is sharp.
  8. Remove the processed food from the chopper bowl.

CAUTION: Chopping time should not exceed 30 seconds each time, and the food quantity should be under 500g.

Cleaning instructions

  1. Unplug the appliance.
  2. Clean the body of the appliance with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor unit in any liquid.
  3. The chopper gearbox may be rinsed under the tap, but do not immerse it in water.
  4. Clean the blades and accessories immediately after using to avoid bacterial growth. Handle the blades with care as they are very sharp.

CAUTION: Use extreme care when handling the Double Blade Knife. Do not touch the blades with your fingers, as they are very sharp and can cause injury if touched.

  1. Carefully unpack the Stick Blender and all accessories.
  2. Wash the Mixing Blender and Lid, Chopper Container and Lid, Double Blade Knife, Stainless Steel Beaters, and Balloon Whisk in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
  3. Never immerse the Blender Body, Stick Blender, or Single and Double Gearboxes in water or any other liquid. If necessary, these attachments can be wiped clean with a moistened cloth. The Stick Blender can be washed under running water, but be careful not to allow water to enter the hollow shaft.
  4. Always dry the Stick Blender thoroughly to prevent water from entering the Blender Body.
