“lmportant Warning” Attention Please!
- Read this booklet carefully before installing and using the appliance,
- Keep for future reference.
- This device is specially designed for cooking in domestic use, do not use for any other purposes.
- Accessible parts may be hot when the appliance is in use, keep children away and do not leave them unattended.
- Keep the inflammables away from the appliance.
- Do not move or change the location of the appliance, during or just after operation, when it is hot.
- Always place your cooking pan on the middle of the grid, never put it directly to the base of the oven.
General lnstructions
- This appliance is under warranty; covering only the replacement of the defective parts and free of charge repairment during the mentioned period in the warranty.
- Document of warranty should be attached to the appliance and presented to the authorized service before the applications.
- The installation of the appliance shall be made only by authorized service.
- This appliance must be used with a grounded socket.
- Problems due to improper connection are not covered by the warranty.
- Unauthorized repair or modification of the appliance invalidates the warranty.
- Remove all internal and external packaging material from the appliance and check for the transportation damages.
- In case of damage, do not operate the appliance and contact to authorized service.
- Keep children away from the packaging parts, which may cause danger (bags etc.).
- Prior to installation, ensure that your local electric supply is 230V AC, grounded and identical to the details on the rating label.
- Concerning the room aeration and ventilation, particular attention should be paid to applicable arrangements.
- During use of an electrical cooking oven, heat and moisture will arise in the room. Ensure that location (kitchen) is well ventilated by keeping the ventilation holes open or installing a mechanical ventilation device.
- Prolonged intensive use of the appliance may call for additional ventilation, for example opening of a window or more effective ventilation, for example incresing the level of mechanical ventilation where present.
The appliance is not to be used by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or instruction.
Warning: If the surface is cracked, turn off the appliance to avoid
possibility of any electric shock.
A steam cleaner should not be used.
Any spillage should be removed from the lid before opening.
Hob surface should be allowed to cool before closing the lid.
Warning: Ensure that the appliance is switched off before replacing the lamp
to avoid the possibility of electric shock.
The instructions for hobs shall state that the appliance is not intended to be
operated by means of external timer or separated remote-control system.
Danger of fire: Do not store items on the cooking surfaces.
CAUTION: The cooking process has to be supervised. A short term cooking
process has to be supervised continuously.
WARNING: Unattended cooking on a hob with fat or oil can be dangerous and
may result in a fire.
The instructions for ovens that have shelves shall include details
indicating the correct installation of the shelves.
Product has been designed to be mounted to worktops procured from market. A
safe distance must be left between the product and kitchen walls or furniture.
See the drawing provided on the following pages (figure:1) for proper
distances. (values in mm)
Used surfaces, synthetic laminates and adhesives must be heat resistant.
Kitchen cupboards must be level with product and secured.
The cabin where the oven is installed must match the dimensions provided on
figure:1. A clearance must be provided at the rear part of the cabin as
indicated in the figure:1 so that necessary ventilation can be achieved.
WARNING: Do not install the product next to refrigerators or coolers. The
heat emitted by the product increases the energy consumption of cooling
devices.
WARNING: Unless the instructions state to the contrary, the instructions
for cooking ranges and ovens shall state that the appliance must not be
installed behind a decorative door in order to avoid overheating.
WARNING: Do not use door and/or handle to carry or move the product.
This appliance must be fixed and installed by a technician according to the
regular rules in the country.
Instructions for cooking range does not have a supply cord shall state the
type of cord to be used, taking into account the temperature of the rear
surface of the appliance.
After installation of this appliance, disconnection must be through a plug or
a switch system
Type Y: If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to
avoid a hazard.
Introduction
lnstallation
- After setting the cooker, be sure that all knobs and switches are in “o”position, then plug into the supply socket.
- Be sure that, there is nothing inside the oven, leave the oven door open and set the thermostat to the maximum temperature level and oven knob to the upper/lower heater position for 10 minutes. Switch off the oven and leave it to cool down.
- The same procedure is required tor the Grill; leaving the oven door open, set the knob to the “Grill” position and operate tor 10 minutes. Switch off the gril and operate for 10 minutes. Switch off the grill and leave it to cool down.
- By this way, the heaters will be free from the protective grease layer with a temporary form of smoke, which is very normal.
- DURING THIS OPERATION, ENSURE THAT THE ROOM IS VENTILATED VERY WELL.
- Be sure that your cooker is totally cooled down, then wipe and clean the oven with a damp cloth or sponge.

Operation and Functions of the Oven
- By means of the thermostat control knob, the oven heat is adjustable between 50°C and 285°C.
- The signal lamp will be indicating the operation of the heaters.
- Upon reaching the desired temperature level, the signal lamp will be of.
- It will maintain the set level of temperature inside the oven, during the process of cooking.
- Before the cooking, it is advised to pre-heat the oven for five minutes.
- The inner lamp of the oven will be operating with the oven control knob, you can check theinside of the oven by using this knob.
- lf you will not open the front door of the oven, you will be saving energy by closing the system 5 minutes earlier than the required period.
Lower Heating Element
This function is used for cooking with lower heater separately. Select this
program till end of cooking time if lower part of the food will be roasted.
Upper and Lower Heating Elements
This function is used for cooking with the upper and lower heater at the same
time. This program can be used for cooking foods like cake, pizza, biscuit and
cookie.
Lower Heater with Fan
By choosing this function, bottom part of the meal can be cooked more
homogenously. This function is mostly used for cooking foods like fruit cake.
Classical Cooking with Turbo
In this function, turbo fan is operating together with the lower and upper
heaters of your oven. It is advised for the cakes and cookies with similar
features and allows a homogenized cooking at all parts.
CAUTION: Some of the accessible parts may be hot during oven operation.
Please pay attention to your children and do not let them play near the oven.
Maintenance and Cleaning
- Disconnect to appliance from the network before maintenance and cleaning.
- Please wait until the appliance completely cools down.
- The appliance shall only be cleaned with a damp cloth or sponge. Never use abrasive powder.
- The enamelled parts can be cleaned with soapy water and a soft clean cloth.
- In order to prevent any damages do not scrape the dirts at the sections containing electricalpieces with sharp tools that may scratch and cause damage.
- The oven door is also removable tor easy cleaning. Remove the profile by pressing the plastic latches on both left and right sides as shown in figure 1 and pulling the profile towards yourself as shown in figure 2. Then remove the inner-glass as shown in figure 3. After cleaning and maintenance are done, remount the glasses and the profile in reverse order. Make sure the profile is properly seated in its place.
- To extend the economical life of your appliance, take regular care and always keep the ovendoor open until the oven gets completely dry.
- Particularty, pay attention not to pour water on the appliance during operation, and alwaysavoid the contact of acid or alkaline containing substances, such as vinegar, lemon, juice, salt etc. in case occurs, wipe and clean immediately.
