IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

When using your DR-HO’S Motion Ciser®, always observe basic safety precautions.

Warnings

• To avoid risk of electrical shock, never immerse base unit, cord or plug in water/ liquids.
• Never leave DR-HO’S MotionCiser® unattended while it is in use.
• This appliance shall not be used or played with by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.

1. Use of the appliance in locations with different electrical specifications may result in damage to the product so please check specifications before operation. Do not use this product with any type of
   adapter or voltage converter device; this is considered unauthorized modification of the product and as such voids the warranty.

2. Do not pull, twist, or damage the power cord and don’t allow to touch hot surfaces. Periodically inspect cord and plug. Do not operate with a damaged cord or plug. A damaged cord or plug must be replaced by a qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.

3. If the appliance malfunctions, is dropped or damaged in any manner, contact Customer Service for assistance.

4. Do not use the device outdoors or in inclement weather, and always operate on a level surface.

5. This appliance may be used, cleaned and/or maintained by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities or lack of experience and/or knowledge, if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.

6. Never stand on the appliance but use it for your feet when sitting upright and in a comfortable position.

USE OF CONTROL PANEL

A. Press the   button to turn on, press it again to turn off .

The appliance will cause your foot and ankle to pivot up and down to simulate the motions of walking.

The rapid repeating pivotal motions will help to loosen the joints in your foot and ankle while causing movement in the calf muscles which helps to promote circulation in your legs and feet. The pivotal motion created by the Motion Ciser simulates the motion of the foot, ankle, and calf muscles just like when a person is walking.

The Motion Ciser has a preprogrammed mode which automatically turns off after 30 minutes.
It is advised to use the Motion Ciser for 20 to 30 minutes each time, two to three times a day if you don’t go out for a daily walk.

Adjust the speed
(level 1 – level 10)

At low speed the Motion Ciser will simulate the motions of around 400 steps, at mid speed around 600 steps and at full speed around 1,000 steps. The higher the speed settings, the rapid passive motions will also provide vibrational massage effects.

Adjust the temperature
(30oC, 35oC, 40oC, 45oC, 50oC)

The unique and soothing heat function stimulates circulation even more and also keep your feet warm and comfortable.

D. Press the     button to set the temperature higher

E. Press the      button to set the temperature lower

USE OF REMOTE CONTROL

A. Press the    button to turn on, press it again to turn off .
Adjust the speed
(level 1 – level 10)

B. Press the     button to speed up.

C. Press the    button slow down.
Adjust the temperature
(30oC, 35oC, 40oC, 45oC, 50oC)

D. Press the      button to set the temperature higher

E. Press the     button to set the temperature lower.

BATTERY CHANGE

1. Pull out the battery

First, remove the screw.

2. Change the battery

Place the new battery with the correct side up front.

3. Place the battery back

Push the battery tray back into the remote control and the screw back in place.

Press the lip at the bottom of the remote control, and pull out the battery tray at the same time.

Note:

The remote control works on CR2025 battery

WARRANTY AND COMMUNICATIONS

Warranty: two year against factory and material defects. The warranty does not cover faults caused
by incorrect handling, damage, assembly or attempted repairs. The same applies to normal wear and
