Receiver Charging & Turn on/off

Receiver Charging

1. If the receiver running out of power, the indicator light will flash per second. You can connect laptop/computer/usb charger to charge it.
2. The indicator light will be flashing during charging until the receiver being charged fully.
3. When charging, the receiver is in sleep mode, and can’t receive the signal from the Remote.
   Note: Charge the receiver for about 2-3 hours for the first charge or until the indicator light stop flashing and always on.

Receiver Turn on/off

Turn on

Short press the , the indicator light will be on and flash, and you will hear “beep” . lt indicates the receiver has been successfully turn on.
Note: If no signal in the receiver within 5 minutes, it will go into standby mode; you could press shock or vibration or sound button to activate it.

Turn off Short press  the , the indicator light will flash twice, then off, and you will hear“beep…beep” twice. lt indicates the receiver has been successful turn off.

1. When the battery power is lower than level 1, please start charging.
2. The remote control will display the current charged battery level during charging, and the normal charging time of the remote control is 2-3 hours.

Pairing & Switch Channels

How to Pair remote and receiver

NOTE: Remote and receiver have paired well before sending, you can turn on, switch to related channel and use directly. If you need pair again, please follow below steps.

1. Turn on   the remote control, and press to choose channel 1 for pairing. Adjust the level by pressing  , make sure the level above 01.
2. Long Press the of the receiver, until the red light flash quickly, and you will hear a sound like Bee ～. Then quickly press the vibration or Shock button ,you will hear a sound Bee ~ again , it means you have paired successfully.
3. In the pairing mode, if the pairing is not successful in 10 seconds , the receiver will automatically exit the pairing mode. Please repeat step 2 to pair again.
4.  If you have 2 receivers, please press the of the remote and choose the second receiver to follow the same procedure.

Channel Settings

In the standby state, short press of the remote control to switch between channel 1 or channel 2. Each channel can be matched with a receiver.After pairing well, you can switch channel to control related receiver.

Training Modes

When the remote control is in standby state, short press the , and the receiver vibrates 3 seconds. If you want to keep vibrating, please keep pressing the

Shock Training Mode

When the remote control is in standby state, short press the , and the receiver shocks 3 seconds. If you want to keep shocking, please keep pressing the

Warm tips: You can adjust shock strength via . If you don’t want to shock your dog, please lock shock function via security keypad(at the right side of the remote)

Beep Training Mode

When the remote control is in standby state, short press  the , and the receiver beep 3 times. If you want to keep beeping, please keep pressing the .
Warm tips: Beep only has one level, can’t adjust levels via

NOTE:

1. If no operations on the remote within 10 seconds, the back lit of screen will be off, and no operations within 30 seconds , the remote will be in sleep mode, the screen will be shut off. Pressing any buttons on remote can activate it.
2. Note: If no signal in the receiver within 5 minutes , it will go into standby mode. Pressing any buttons on remote can activate it.

How to install electric shock contactors

The short contactors have been installed. If it is not long enough, please replace the long contactors.

1. Choose proper contactors
2. Rotate and tighten the contactors via Shock Test & Mounting Board
3. OK!

How to install the skin protector

The silicone protector can effectively reduce the damage to the dog’s skin by the electric shock contactors

2. Put on directly
3. OK!

How to Wear the Dog Collar

The dog collar is between 8 inches-27 inches. Please adjust the collar and modes before putting it on the dog neck.

1. Adjust the dog collar length, make sure it fits your dog well.
2. Insert the extra collar into the slider. If too long, you can cut parts and burn the end of the collar to avoid fraying.
3. Wear it on the dog’s neck, put two fingers to test and adjust to the proper tightness.
4. Adjust the receiver to the position of the dog’s throat, and ensure that the contactors head are in contact with the skin.

Why does the remote and receiver can’t turn on?

Hello, please fully charge before using. And Long press the remote power button, short press the receiver power button to turn on them.

Vibration and beep can work, but shock function not?

Please unlock the shock function via security keypad

How long should I process my training session for my pet?

Training sessions should be kept positive and short, 10-15 minutes each time is better.

This training collar seems useless for my dog, what should I do?

Firstly, the electric shock contactors do not touch the skin.Please adjust. Secondly, the level setting is not high enough, so please try to increase the level until it gets your dog’s attention.

After using a few months, remote and receiver stop working?

Please try to pair the remote and receiver again. If still can’t work, please contact us, we will solve until you are satisfied with.
