Product Usage Instructions

Pairing the Collar
If you are unable to pair the collar with the remote, please follow these steps:

  1. Make sure the collar and remote are within range (typically up to 330 yards).
  2. Turn on both the collar and the remote.
  3. Press and hold the pairing button on the remote until the collar beeps and vibrates.
  4. The collar should now be successfully paired with the remote.

Using the Shock Function
To use the shock function on the collar, please follow these steps:

  1. Ensure that the security keypad is unlocked for the shock function(refer to the user manual for instructions on unlocking).
  2. Adjust the shock level using the + and – buttons on the remote.
  3. Press the shock button on the remote to deliver the shock to your dog.

Using the Vibration Function”
The vibration function does not require any additional steps. Simply press the vibration button on the remote to activate it.

Using the Beep Function
The beep function also does not require any additional steps. Press the beep button on the remote to emit a beep sound.

Charging the Collar
If the collar is not charging, please try the following:

  1. Check if the charging cable is securely connected to the collar and power source.
  2. Ensure that the charging contacts on both the collar and the charging cable are clean and free from debris.
  3. Try using a different power source or charging cable to eliminate potential issues.

Securing the Collar
If the dog trainer collar keeps falling off, please ensure that it is properly secured:

  1. Make sure the collar is adjusted to fit snugly around your dog’s neck.
  2. Double-check that the buckle is fastened securely.

The item doesn’t work

  • Please make sure that the battery is fully charged before using it. When the battery level is below level 1, please begin charging.
  • Ensure that the remote control and receiver are properly paired.
  • Please check if the channel is set correctly. For instance, if you pair the remote and receiver on channel 1, please switch the remote to channel 1 and then utilize all the functions.

Unable to pair

NOTE: The remote and receiver should be paired before use. If you need to pair them again, please follow the steps below.

  • Make sure the remote and receiver are fully charged.
  • Turn on the remote and press the “1/2” button to select channel 1 for pairing.
  • Press and hold the power button on the receiver until the red light flashes quickly, indicating that it is in pair mode.
  • Then, within 10 seconds, quickly press either the vibration button or the shock button on the remote control. You will hear a beep sound, indicating a successful pairing.
  • If pairing is not successful within 10 seconds, the red light will flash slowly. In that case, please press and hold the power button again to enter pair mode and retry the pairing process.

The shock function does not work

  • Please unlock the security keypad before using the shock function.
  • Please first use the test board inside the packaging to check if the shock function is effective. If the test light illuminates, it means that the shock function is working.
  • Ensure that both electric shock contacts make direct contact with the dog’s skin
  • If your dog does not respond at a low level, try starting the testing from the lowest level in each mode when training your dog, and then gradually increasing to the next level until the dog responds.

The security keypad can’t lock beep and the vibration function

  • Warm tips: Security keypad only for shock function, not for vibration and beep

The beep function cannot adjust the level

  • Warm tips: Beep only has one level, can’t adjust the level via “+” and “-”.

Receiver not working

  • The receiver and remote are not paired correctly. Please pair them again.
  • The receiver and remote are not on the same channel. You can press the “1/2” button on the remote to change the channel.
  • If there is no signal in the receiver for over 5 minutes, long press any button (beep, vibration, shock) on the remote to activate it.
  • The battery has run out, please recharge it.

Automatically closes or disconnects the connection

  • If there are no operations on the remote within 10 seconds, the backlight of the screen will turn off. If there are no operations within 30 seconds, the remote will enter sleep mode and the screen will shut off.
  • Pressing any button on the remote will activate it.
  • If there is no signal received by the receiver within 5 minutes, it will go into standby mode as well. Long press any button (beep, vibration, shock) on the remote to activate it.

The item will not be charged

  • First, make sure that the charger or cable connected to the USB port outputs a voltage of 5V. Usually, your phone charger is suitable.
  • Check if there is any dirt or rust in the charging port and carefully clean it if necessary.
  • If the device’s battery has been completely drained and has been stored for a long time, it may take a few minutes for the device to show the charging status after starting the charging process.
  • If the issue persists, please contact the customer service center for further assistance and solutions.

The dog trainer collar keeps falling off
The dog collar is adjustable and can fit neck sizes between 8 inches and 27 inches. Please adjust the collar before putting it on your dog’s neck.

  • Adjust the length of the dog collar to ensure it fits your dog properly.
  • Insert any extra collar length into the slider. If the collar is too long, you can cut off the excess and burn the end to prevent fraying.
  • Place the collar around your dog’s neck and use two fingers to test and adjust the tightness until it is properly fitted.
  • Adjust the position of the receiver on your dog’s throat and ensure that the contact heads are in contact with the skin.
