Important Safeguards
Read these instructions carefully and retain them for future use. If this
product is passed to a third party, then these instructions must be included.
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury to persons including the following:
WARNING Risk of injury!
The safety features of this device may not protect the user if not used in
accordance with this user manual.
- Do not leave the device unattended. Always prevent access to the device by unauthorized personnel, for example by children.
- Do not attempt repairs or any adjustments. There are no user serviceable parts.
- Do not open the device. The laser beam is dangerous to eyes. Have the device repaired only by a professional.
- Do not use if the device appears damaged or if it is not working properly. If in doubt, replace the device.
- Do not use the device near medical equipment.
Laser beam warnings

The following laser hazard symbol and warning label are used to alert the user to the risk associated with improper use of a laser pointer. Do not remove explanatory and warning labels.
LASER RADIATION AVOID DIRECT EYE EXPOSURE CLASS 2 LASER PRODUCT -
The laser beam (also the one that is reflected from another surface) is dangerous for the eyes of people and animals.

Improper use can lead to permanent damage of the eyesight! Do not disassemble the laser device!

Do not stare into the laser beam or direct it towards other people. Eye protection is normally afforded by aversion responses including the blink reflex.

According to IEC 60825-1:2014, laser pointer was classified as a class 2 laser device. That is, a laser that emits visible radiation in the wavelength range of 400 nm to 700 nm is safe for momentary exposure, but can be dangerous when intentional gazing into the beam.

This device produces a visible green laser beam which is emitted from the front of the housing.

Blinding by laser beam can indirectly lead to serious accidents, especially for people who are driving a vehicle or operating machinery.

When operating the laser device, always make sure that the laser beam is directed so that no one is in the projection area and that unintentionally reflected beams (for example, from reflective objects) cannot be directed into areas where people are present.

Laser beam can be dangerous, if the laser beam or its reflection enters unprotected eyes. Always familiarize yourself with yourself statutory regulations and operating instructions before using laser device.

If laser beam enters your eyes, close your eyes immediately and move your head away from the beam.

If your eyes have been irritated by laser radiation, do not continue to carry out tasks with safety implications, such as working with machines, working from great heights or close to high voltage. Also, do not operate any vehicles until the irritation has completely subsided.

Never aim a laser beam at the sun or at any aircraft, helicopter or drone. The laser beam can distract or flashblind pilots. The laser beam continues to travel even if the light is no longer visible.

Use of controls or adjustments or performance of procedures other than those specified herein may result in hazardous radiation exposure.

Battery Warnings
- This product contains batteries that are non- replaceable.
- Before disposal, the battery must be removed from the product. Contact qualified professional.
- Do not leave the battery charging for a prolonged period of time when the product is not in use.
- Do not charge the battery overnight.
- If the product appears to be bulging or shows other undesirable phenomena (e.g. excess noise), stop using the product immediately.
- Do not cover the product while charging the battery. Charge the product in a well-ventilated environment.
- When in long term storage, charge the battery to its 70% capacity once every 3 months to avoid shortening its life.
- Batteries produce heat when charging and discharging. If the product becomes too hot to touch, switch the product off and unplug immediately.
- Charge the product only with a compatible power source from reputable manufacturer e.g. power adapter or power bank. The maximum rating should not exceed 5 V 1 A.
- If the battery leaks, avoid contact with skin and eyes. Rinse affected areas immediately with plenty of clean water, then consult a doctor.
Intended Use
- This product is intended for navigation during presentations.
- This product is intended for private use only.
- This product is intended to be used in dry indoor areas only.
Before First Use
DANGER Risk of suffocation!
Keep any packaging materials away from children and pets – these materials are
a potential source of danger, e.g. suffocation.
- Remove all the packing materials.
- Remove and review all components before use.
- Check the product for transport damages.

Operation
Charging the product
NOTICE
- The product is out of battery when the (A) flashes or if it is unresponsive when a button is pressed.
- When battery is low, the operating range of the product decreases. It is recommended to charge the product before the power fully runs out.
- Connect the USB-A side of a USB-A to micro-USB charging cable (provided) to a computer.
- Connect the micro-USB side of the charging cable to the charging port (H). The (A) flashes, the product is charging.
- It takes approximately 3 hours to fully charge the product. The (A) stays on when the product is charged.
- After charging, unplug the charging cable from the power source.
Connecting to a computer
- Take the USB dongle (I) out from the back of the product.
- Connect the USB dongle (I) to a USB-A port of a computer.
NOTICE
The product supports both Windows and Mac operating systems. For Mac
computers, “Keyboard Set Assistant” may pop up, click “Continue” to allow the
computer to finish setup.
Switching on/off
NOTICE The product automatically switches off after 5 minutes of inactivity. It stays on if a timer has been set.
- To switch on the product, set the ON/OFF slider (M) to ON.
- To switch off the product, set the ON/ OFF slider (M) to OFF.

Timer function
A timer can be set to keep a presentation within the planned time. To set a timer:
- Press (E).
- Press the (F) or **(L) to set the time:

****| Long press| -5 mins - Press (E) again to confirm the timer duration.
- Press Pl (D) to start the timer.
- While the timer is running, it is possible to press Pl (D) to pause/start the timer as desired. The : icon on the timer display (B) flashes when the timer is running and stops flashing when it is paused.
- The progress bar (C) reduces in amount while the timer progresses as a visual aid to see how much time is left. The product vibrates as a reminder halfway, 5 minutes left and when the time is up.
NOTICE To reset the timer back to 00:00, press and hold 03:00 (E).
Cleaning and Maintenance
NOTICE
- Switch the product off before cleaning.
- During cleaning do not immerse the product in water or other liquids. Never hold the product under running water.
Cleaning
- To clean the product, wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
- Wipe the product dry after cleaning.
- Never use corrosive detergents, wire brushes, abrasive scourers, metal or sharp utensils to clean the product.
Storage
- Place the USB dongle (1) back into the main unit.
- Store the product in its original packaging in a dry area. Keep away from children and pets.
