  1. A motorized course feed with the natural feel of a flywheel gives you more control over the specimen head compared to using a button.
  2. 2-in-1 high- or low-profile blade holder come standard on all microtomes. Easily remove the spacer bar for high-profile blades.
  3. Ergonomic handwheel for enhanced user comfort
  4. German-imported Kipp levers for secure locking of the blade holder and specimen orientation head to ensure quality sections every time.
  5. Large, wrap-around waste tray for less trips to the  waste bin.
  6. Click-into-place lateral positioning system on the blade holder to help lengthen the lifespan of your blades.
  7. Three sectioning modes to choose from: standard, smart, and full-layer interval. Standard mode features normal operation for routine sectioning. Switch etween trimming and fine sectioning by pushing the C/T button. Smart mode  allows for the user to “rock” if they wish. Full-layer interval mode allows the user to set the point at which the machine will switch from trimming to fine sectioning based on a pre-determined microm depth set by the user. Simple  user control panel with no external keypad.
