Preparation

Prepare a bootable external USB storage device.

Download the Altos BIOS zip file “Altos P130_F7 BIOS (R01-A5).zip” from the Altos Support Download website: https://www.altoscomputing.com.

Copy and decompress the downloaded zip file into your external USB storage device.
Entering BIOS Setup -
Reboot the P130_F7 workstation.

During the POST LOGO screen, press the specified key (not mentioned in the manual) to enter BIOS setup.
BIOS Configuration -
Plug in your external USB storage device to the P130_F7 workstation.

In the BIOS settings, navigate to [Authentication] and select [Secure Boot]. Change the setting to “Disable”.

In the BIOS settings, navigate to [Launch CSM] and select “Never”.

Press the specified key or select [Exit] and choose [Save & Exit Setup] to save the above BIOS configuration changes.
Flashing Firmware -
Reboot the P130_F7 workstation.

The system will automatically boot to EFI Shell Mode.

Key in the command
cd EFI
to go to the Shell path (e.g., fs0:EFI). -
Key in the command
flash.nsh
and press Enter to start flashing the BIOS and ME firmware. -

- Copy and decompress the above zip file into your external USB storage device.
- Reboot the P130_F7 workstation and press
