Instructions For Use

Power On/Off

  • Press and hold the power button on the side for 3-5 seconds to turn on/off. accompanied by a sound for turning on/off..

Charging

  • This product can be powered by a built-in rechargeable battery or connected to an external power source. When charging is required, please connect the Type-C end of the charging cable to this product, and connect the other end of the charging cable to power supply devices such as power adapters, computers, and mobile nower sunniest

Connection Method

Connect to the computer via a USB cable or wireless receiver

  1.  Plug this product into the Type-A port of the computer through a USB cable or a wireless receiver;
  2. In the computer sound setting, set “Q100” as the default audio input and output device;
  3. Select “Q100” for the speaker and microphone in the conference software.

Notice:

  • If you do not set “Q100” as an audio device in the conference software, it may cause problems that affect the quality of the call due to unclear sound pickup, and it is not a device failure.

Connect to the mobile device via Bluetooth

  1. When the product is turned on, short-press the Bluetooth button once to enter the pairing mode, and the blue light of the system indicator flashes at this time;
  2. Turn on the Bluetooth of the mobile device and choose to connect to “Q100” to perform Bluetooth pairing;
  3.  After the pairing is successful, the blue light of the system indicator light is always on, accompanied by the sound of “Bluetooth connected”;
  4. Short press the Bluetooth button again to disconnect the Bluetooth connection, accompanied by the sound of “Bluetooth disconnected”;

Notice:

  • When the product is powered on for the first time, it will automatically enter the Bluetooth pairing mode;
  • Every time you turn on the power, this product will automatically connect to your last successfully connected mobile device (if available); if you need to clear the historical Bluetooth pairing information, please press and hold the Bluetooth button for 5 seconds.
