Introduction

Thank you for using Calm Vibes, the relaxation system to help your body and mind relax.
In order to use and maintain this product correctly, please read the manual carefully before use and keep it for future reference.

Precautions

Please refer to the manual before using the product to ensure that you handle the massager correctly and safely.

• Do not use this product while driving;
• When using, please remove the accessories or items that may affect the massage;
• Do not use in humid environments such as bathrooms;
• Please keep this product away from water, fire and corrosive environment;
• When using in a specific environment, please abide by safety regulations;
• Do not use if you have performed surgery on the massage site;
• Do not use if you have skin damage, redness, inflammation, congestion and other uncomfortable symptoms at the massage site;
• Patients with heart disease or medical history, patients with acute diseases, patients with skin diseases, patients with malignant tumors, and people with abnormal health should not use it
• People with bleeding tendency, such as blood diseases, osteoporosis, soft tissue diseases, and stroke patients should not use it;
• People with slow movement, physical and mental discomfort or mental impairment should not adapt. If you need to use it, please follow your doctor’s advice;
• Stop using if you feel unwell during use;
• Pregnant women and menstruating women should not use massagers;
• Children under 6 years old are prohibited from using it, and children 6-12 years old must be used under the guidance and care of their parents or a person with guardianship;
• Don’t use it continuously for more than one hour, let the equipment stop for 30 minutes after each use, and then use it again;
• Please don’t let the product run or charge unattended;
• Do not use this product outside the room temperature exceeding 40°C.
• If you need to clean the appearance, use alcohol cotton to clean, avoid cleaning with water;
• Do not use sharp objects to scratch, scratch or puncture this product;
• This product is a household electronic health care product, not as a medical device, not suitable for diagnosis, treatment and other commercial purposes;
• If there is an abnormal situation during use, please cut off the power immediately, do not disassemble and repair by yourself.
• If the following situations occur, please turn off the product immediately and contact the designated service center of the product:
  • If abnormal or severe pain occurs during the massage, please stop the massage immediately and seek medical advice;
  • Please stop using it immediately if there is any mechanical failure or abnormal condition during use.
• Power check: Check the power supply. If the power supply voltage exceeds the specified range, it must not be turned on.
• Maintenance: Take moisture-proof, rodent-proof and pollution-proof measures. The cleaning should be done in the shutdown state. After use, the product should be placed in a safe place, and no heavy objects should be placed on the instrument. When a fault occurs, please ask professional technicians to repair it. Non-professionals are not allowed to disassemble and assemble the product by themselves.
• Transport: The product packaging is equipped with simple basic protection, suitable for air, railway, road and ship transportation. It should be protected from rain, snow, upside-down and collision.
• Store: When the storage period exceeds 3 months, you should open the box to check and recharge the device before using it. Do not place it close to the ground, wall or roof. The room should be well ventilated to avoid strong sunlight and corrosive gas erosion.

Essential knowledge

This product cannot be used in a charged state. Please unplug the power adapter before using it after charging.

1. Press and hold the power button for more than two seconds, the product will start to enter the massage state, the device defaults to the mode 1, and the pink indicator light on.

2. According to your own needs in the massage state, quick double click the switch to turn On or Off the audio playback; short press the switch to choose the mode:
   Mode 1: Single – point low – frequency surround massage, the pink light is always on.
   Mode 2: Single – point mid – frequency surround massage, the yellow light is always on.
   Mode 3:   Multi – point high – frequency gathering massage, the blue light is always on.

3. Wear this product on your head. When using this product, please close your eyes, lean on the back of the chair, and relax your body completely.

4. The product is intelligently timed for 15 minutes, and it will automatically shut down after the end of the automatic time. If you need to continue the massage, you need to restart it.

5. The method of manually cutting off the power supply: Press and hold the power button for more than 2 seconds, the product will automatically shut down.

6. Remove the product after use.

   • Due to the long-term closed eyes massage, the vision will be blurred for a short time after the massage, and the eyes will be restored to the original state after a short rest.

About frequency of use

It is recommended to use it once a day in the morning and evening, and the time for each use is about 10 minutes. It is recommended that the interval between each use is not too short.

If it is used too much, it may cause physical discomfort and skin damage. When using it for the first time, please observe the physical condition and skin changes, If you feel unwell, please stop using it.

Be careful before use

1. Do not operate the product when your hands are wet.
2. Before use, please remove the contact lenses, hairpins, hair accessories, etc. you are wearing to avoid discomfort during massage.
3. If you feel pain or burning in your eyes or around your eyes, please stop using and consult a physician.

About usage
When using this product, please close your eyes. It is recommended to lean on the back of the chair and relax your body completely. Please remove the headwear, earphones, contact lenses, glasses, false eyelashes, etc.

About the state after use
The eyes and the area around the eyes may become red for a short time, and there will be pressure marks on the eyes, which will return to their original state after a period of time.

How to wear

1. Pull the product elastic band.
2. Put the product on your head, put it on and adjust the angle.
3. Long press the switch button with one hand for 2 seconds to turn on the machine and enter the massage state.
   • Be careful not to wear too tightly.
   • Please confirm that you are not wearing contact lenses, glasses, false eyelashes, etc. before use.

Charging method

1. Fold the massager to expose the charging port;
2. Insert one end of the USB into the charging port of the host and the other end into the power adapter;
3. Plug the power adapter into the socket; after the charging is completed, the green light is always on.
   • It is normal for the product and power adapter to slightly heat up during charging;
   • Must be equipped with standard 5V standard charging head.

Charging time

1. The charging time is 2-3 hours;
2. Use it for 10-15 minutes each time, it can be used about 8 times; (Because the surrounding temperature is different, there will be a slight difference).
3. When the charging light flashes, please charge immediately.
   During the charging process, the red light is always on. When the green light is always on, it means it is fully charged.

Battery
When the power of the product is low, the red light starts to flash.

After charging
Press the power adapter and unplug the USB plug from the product.

Troubleshooting

If there is a fault during operation, please check the following.
If the fault cannot be eliminated or the product still does not operate satisfactorily, please cut off the power supply and have it repaired by professional technicians. Please do not disassemble or assemble this product by yourself!

This product should not be thrown away with household waste. When you decide to dispose of this product, please follow local environmental laws and guidelines.
