This kit has everything you need to train happily, listening to your favourite
playlist.
In fact, it contains 3 elastic bands with different degrees of resistance and
a set of wireless earphones with base, so you can train in complete freedom.
ELASTIC BANDS WITH DIFFERENT DEGREES OF RESISTANCE ENABLE YOU TO TRAIN
SIMPLY AND EFFECTIVELY
Each of the 3 elastic bands has a different level of resistance. The grey band
offers a lower degree of difficulty and stretching it will result in 2.2 to
4.5 kilograms of resistance. The fluorescent yellow strap offers medium
difficulty: it is equivalent to a weight ranging from 6.8 to 9 kilograms.
Lastly, the black band corresponds to a weight between 13.6 and 18 kilograms
and is the one offering the greatest level of difficulty.
Included in the package is a manual with many easy exercises to help you train
at home or in the park.

These earphones are perfect for practising all kinds of sports. They are
wireless: suitable for moving with complete freedom and with a operating range
of 10 metres from your device. The soft silicone headband does not cause
sweating and irritation and, in addition, offer maximum stability even in the
event of brusque movement.
Thanks toTrue Wireless Stereo technology, the headphones automatically switch
on and pair once removed from their case.
With just one charge you can listen up to 3.5 hours of music . When the
earbuds run out of power, put them back in the charging case: they will be
ready for use again in 1.2 hours.
When the base goes flat too, simply connect it to a power source using the
charging cable provided. Check the charge level on the status LED.
