  3. The charger will turn ON automatically.

  4. The indication LED light will illuminate green, and the charger is operationally ready.

USB-C Power Output PD 3.0

  • USB-C Power Out supporting the PPS PD 3.0 Power Delivery, provides safe charge and power for any USB powered device (picture D).

  • Use any USB-C Power cable to charge any battery that support USB charging.

  • Use any USB-C Power cable to power any product that support USB PD 3.0 power supply.

NOTE:

  • The D-Tap Charging port and USB-C Power out can not operate simultaneously.
  • System automatically recognizes which power source is in use. If both outputs are loaded at the same time, the device will prioritize the use of the USB-C output.
  • The D-Tap is a charging port only and can not operate as a constant power supply! output!

Charging technology

  • IIntelligent charging systems integrate the control systems within the charger and the electronics within the battery to allow precise control over the charging process. As a safety precaution with high-capacity batteries, a pre-charging stage is used. The charging cycle is initiated with a low current. If there is no corresponding rise in the battery voltage, it indicates that there is possibly a short circuit in the battery (zero volt activation).
  • Constant current/constant voltage (CC/CV) charging mode effectively charges lithium batteries. When a lithium battery is nearly empty, we take constant current to charge it. The charger CPU automatically adjusts the charging current to be lower than the maximum charging current that the battery can accept. With constant current charging, the battery’s voltage rises slowly until it reaches a maximum voltage; at this point, the charger switches the charging method to “constant voltage” and reduces the charging current.
  • When the battery is fully charged, this state is stopped.

Notice

  • Please check that the components size and voltages are compatible according to your Camcorder DC Voltage Input or battery pack charging voltage and current.
  • Please use the manual instruction of the camcorder or battery pack, and read this manual carefully before using the unit with this AC Adaptor / Charger.
  • We are not responsible for any damage caused by incorrect use or operation.
  • This device is for indoor use only, don’t put or use it in high temperatures and high moisture environment.
  • It’s a common phenomenon for the unit to feel warm when using;
