Thank you for your purchase of the Professional Dual Simulatius Power Bank Battery Charger HED-DC150V. This intelligent charger for professioanl Li-Ion Batteries was designed with advanced power charging technology, allowing you to charge your professional Batteries at Studio place, or at the home. The Charger is compatible with Li-Ion Rechargeable Batteries that run on power voltage of 14.4V to 14.8V. Please read these operating instructions carefully before use this unit to power up broadcast products or to charge Li-Ion Battery Packs.

Operation Instruction
- Plug the suplied Power Cord on the Main AC power oulet (picture B).
- Plug the other side of the suplied Power Cord to the charger AC Power (picture C).
- Turn ON the AC Power Switch (Picture C).
- The LCD Screen will illuminate Blue and the HEDBOX Logo will turn on (picture D).
Battery Instalation on to the Charger
- On the bottom of the Charger 2. use and spread wide the Spider Stability Support legs, this will ensure extra stability when the battery is attached.
- Use your V-Mount battery. Insert the battery into the V-lock Mount plate. Be sure that the battery release of the charger firmly locks the battery. Observe the Charger LCD Monitor. If the battery is attached appropriately it will illuminate the battery Chanel, and the current battery capacity.

DC Out Powering & UPS Power Bank Mod
- To Power any broadcast unit with DC 16.4V constant power from XLR DC out, use the supplied RPC-DC4X4 cable with 4-pin XLR (Male to Female) Connector. Conect the cable to the Charger Female DC 4-Pin XLR Power Out (picture F.)
- When an RPC-DC4X4 Cable is plugged into the 4-pin XLR auxiliary Power output (picture F.) and the Main Power AC switch (picture C) is ON, the charging process of the Battery will be suspended. The main DC power out of the Charger, will be distribute to the 4-Pin XLR power out with DC 16.5V / 4.5A / 75W.
- When an RPC-DC4X4 Cable is plugged into the 4-pin XLR auxiliary Power output (picture F.) and the Main Power AC Switch is turned OFF (picture C) or an unexpected main electric power failure occurs (AC input is cut off), Charger with the inserted battery, will automatically go to the UPS BACK UP POWER MODE (Power Bank). In this mode, the HED-DC150V provides power to the DC Out, from the battery that is attached to the charger. On the LCD Screen, the UPS Icon will appear. This indicates that the power from the battery is provided to the DC Out (picture E).
- When two Batteries are attached on the charger at the same time, the UPS powering (Power Bank) from the battery to the DC Out is made by priority.
- Once the RP-DC4X4 cable is unplugged, the charger will continue the previous charging sequence from the same point of interruption.
Notice: Please check that the powered broadcast product is compatible according to HED-DC150V DC power out voltage and current. Please use the manual instruction of the powered broadcast unit or battery pack, and read this manual carefully before using the units with this HED-DC150 AC Adaptor / Battery Charger. We are not responsible for any damage caused by incorrect use or operation.
Caution
- This device is for indoor use only, don’t put or use it in high temperature and high moisture environment;
- It’s a common phenomenon for the unit to feel hot when using;
- Avoid falling and bumping otherwise the electrical components will be damaged;
- Don’t try to disassemble or open the cover under any circumstance in order to avoid danger.
